Morning !!
I cant wait til the last BBQ.......they're killing me. I ate before the BBQ, but managed to eat 2 burgers and 2 hot dogs. I drank diet iced tea and water. Thank goodness there was no cake. The kids are finished with camp, but not back in school until next Wednesday. I guess there will be no hour-and-a-half walks unless DH comes home before dark. I'll be me and the WiiFit most of the week.......thank goodness I have at least that. |

......*whoosh!*.....and I'm back! Time away from LCF posting = wack!
![]() I'm back AND I had my first WW Meeting on Wednesday. It was...interesting. I can't help feeling like "yeah, lady, I know, eat less, move more " But that's not what the meetings are for, right? It's for moral support, trading ideas, sharing, celebrating, etc. Because really, we all know how to lose weight - it's not like we're all eating less and moving more and never seeing results - we just need help/support to keep up that lifestyle!So at my official WI I was 251.4lbs. It's also hard for me to deal with the fact that when I do weigh-in, I'm not naked and on an empty stomach. That makes me very anxious. How do you guys deal with that "but I ate a big lunch! But I'm wearing jeans!" feeling? Glad to be back!

HI, I would like to join y'all ...... I will be officially be starting WW tomorrow..
I am going with two of my best friends..... I need to lose all this weight.... I am diabetic and need to get a better hold on my health...... I have been tying to follow the points system already this past week... and drinking my water...... I do water aerobics ........ I know I should go everyday.... but I have been slacking off..... but I am going to mend my wicked ways.... I always feel sooooo much better when I go, and do the aerobics...... So I will checking in tomorrow when I join up WW... morning meeting....... thanks.... diana

Dinner was a chicken with brocoli that I put a cup of stove top stuffing over then poured 1 can of healthy request cream of chicken soup.
I'm trying to figure out the points -- I'm guessing between 5 - 7. It was pretty damn good. A comb of two recipes I had. DH even ate some brocoli. |

So, I have to share my menu for the day because I haven't been hungry one minute today and I haven't eaten all my food.
Of course, 117 ozs of water. Breakfast 2 cups coffee - 0 points 1 diet coke - 0 points 1 Hungry Girl Eggamuffin - 3 points Snack 1 cup baby carrots - 0 Lunch Hungry Girl chopped salad - 3 points Balsamic Vinagrette Spray - 1 points 1 cup strawberries - 0 points 1 diet coke - 0 No afternoon snack (wasn't hungy) Dinner Chicken stuffing brocoli bake - 5 points Activity Points earned: 3 Used - 12 points Remaining - 6 points (mint chocolate chip ice cream here I come!) I never use my activity points. But I also NEVER have this many points remaining at the end of the day....it's all those veggies.
