I know exactly how you feel...when I lost it the first time with lc...it was the skinniest I'd ever been...and I still wasn't satisfied. I would see pics of me at 174 my lowest and still think I was 250 lbs.....weird I know. Now that I've gained it all back and then some and I'm losing slowly...I must say I'm appreciative and because I'm working hard on it....I'm not hard on myself. Hope that makes sense

Just wanted to pop in and say "Hey"
![]() I'm doing well and really enjoying my variety of foods. It's been so nice to be able to sit down with the family and not drool over their plates (LOL) Last night we bbqed. My hubby marinated some chicken for me..and also made steaks and sausage. I made cut up strawberries with sour cream, corn on the cob, a big salad and fresh green beans. Hubby also made some portabello mushrooms on the grill. I had a good week last week. Not sure if I checked in..but lost 2 lbs on Sat. I also met a very cool woman at the meeting that lives near by. I officially have exactly 40 lbs to get back off for goal...and am defiantly feeling better..both physically and mentally. Thanks for the support and hope you all have a wonderful and healthy week! ![]()

Hey everyone!
I had a very stressful week last week. My dearest friend has been very sick and I have been taking care of her since Thursday morning. Needless to say I have been eating whatever was around and then some. I tend to binge eat when I am stressed and I was very stressed Thursday up until last night. I even started smoking again! sick: I haven't smoked in almost 3 years. ![]() I am finally back home. I decided not to weigh in today because the 3-5lbs I gained is way too much for me to bear right now. I am just happy she is out of the woods (I hope) and that I was able to sleep in my own bed. I almost got seduced by the quick fix of South Beach again this week. I really think I need the control of weighing and measuring my food and, carbs are cheaper than all protein all the time. That's almost a no brainer for me seeing as how I can't work. ![]() OK, hope y'all are having a great start to your week.

Yeah to Ruby and Lisa Rae for having awesome loses. I'm going to try to weigh in tomorrow on my way to work. Then to the Tuesday evening meeting before I go to see my Mom.

Sunday water (do we count Sunday water?) 101 ozs. For the record, I never drink water on Sunday...I had to detox myself from all the crap I ate and drank from celebrating on Saturday

Hi rockstars! just popping to say hi. i lost 2 pounds this week and i am very happy. i have been having a bit of difficulty lately due to some feelings. i want to eat anything and everything especially if it is salty when i am feeling some feelings about something. i worked out extra and drank a lot of water and kept the recreational eating to a bare minimum this week. it was hard but i did not want another gain. mission accomplished. Hope all of you are doing well. be back home soon now. less than two weeks most likely.
