My MIL sent me this email

So I wanted to share, I went to a new meeting this past friday and the leader was hilarious. She knew the people who were new and mostly all the names of her returners. There were soooo many people there. I'm going to try and keep this date...we'll see..she brought a skip it into the meeting and people played it. She talked about having fun....and not making exercise a chore which it has turned out for me....it was a great experience

Added a few blocks to my longest route and did it in less time

3.65 miles in 1:05

Hi everyone!!!!!

I see you all went and got skinny without me! LOL!

I hope you are all enjoying your summer and your new healthy, fit bodies!

I jumped ship a while back, last weigh in was the end of June. I got tired of weighing in and the whole diet mentality. As a person recovering w/ an eating disorder, it's easy to get tripped up and fall back into unhealthy patterns concerning food and weight loss.

Turns out though, I need the accountability in my life at this time. The good news is, I have only gained .5 since then and I kept my work-outs up.

I joined through Medical Mutual/Weight Watchers, Medical Mut. has an offer out there. You join for $165.(and some change) that includes 18 meeting coupons. You attend at least 80% of the meetings and send them the proof back at the end of the meetings and they refund $75.00 to you. Now, I figure that I do not have to pay to join and when all is said and done the cost will come out to about $5.00 a meeting......so figured it was worth a shot. My coupons should be coming by UPS this week.

Oh yeah...for the first time in forever, I'm not starting the week off UP in my weight. I'm weighing the same today as I did on Saturday (YAY!) and I'm wearing my new size 8 pants...they're not too tight at all. Feeling fabulous and thinking I might actually be able to hit my 75 lbs on Saturday.

No huge food challenges on the horizon that I can see...I just need to get my butt to the gym.
