Own plan...

Hello, I've just decided to follow a low carb plan after calorie counting for so long without results. I've read a wee bit about Atkins and South Beach but I thought I might just try to aim to eat 20 - 30g carbs a day and not restrict any foods and not restrict calories, my question is, will this work?? I'd like to lose about 10 - 15lbs.

Hello Demi, you might go to the medi thread, there are several women doing their own version of low carb, and there are good suggestions on how they are doing it. Welcome to low carb, hope to see you at the medi thread, have a great low carb day tomorrow.
