Sonoma diet
ok after bouncing all summer from diet to diet
I weight 210, 5ft 4inches short,48 years old (will be 49 in Jan) ![]() I ordered the Sonoma books from Amazon heres what I have The Sonoma diet The Sonoma diet recipes The Mayo Clinic Williams-Sonoma cookbook (dont know if it fits in this plan or not) Williams Sonoma collection - healthy desserts (for later) So today is Wave 1 Day 1 todays menu is brekkie 1 egg 1 egg white omlette (FF turkey ham,1 slice Motz cheese, 2 TBSP Salsa) WW toast w/ EVOO lunch "Chief Salad" tier 1 veggies sliced turkey breast chopped 1 slice swiss chesse (with holes not sandwich slices) basalmic vin w/EVOO dressing Supper Tacos WW flour tortilla ground turkey tier one veggies can I have a slice (aprox 1 oz ) of cheese on my taco?? who wants to Sonoma wif me?? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Wave 1 day 2
Well last night instead of cooking the tacos @ home we went to ElChicos I thought I did pretty good no chips and cheese or salsa ordered the chicken monteray dinner ate the veggies (picked out the potatoes) ate the chicken/cheese/mushrooms (prob too much cheese) didnt eat the rice not bad for a OTE!! todays menu brekkie omlette 2eggs turkey sausage 1 slice provalone cheese lunch chief salad tier 1 veggies 1 slice provalone cheese turkey breast basalmic vin &EVOO dressing dinner ![]() |
