Average weekly weights---Come Join in

I am going to track avg weekly weight, instead of daily. In Carb Addict diet plan, the authors suggest weighing daily, but then averaging those weights for charting weight progress.

I had an avg weekly weight for week ending July 13th of 180.5.

I started CAD way of eating(Carb Addict Diet Plan) on the 13th. For the week ending July 20th, I again averaged 180.5, but that was after seriously increasing my carb intake with the change in diet. Satisfied with this average for the first week.

Anybody else who wants to weigh in, no matter what plan, is welcome.

Great---I like weighing every day--kind of keeps me thinking about staying on track. But I also understand the daily swings, that if you take it on one day, you can have a super good week and be disappointed the next, or a really bad day and make you feel lost ground, when maybe you didn't.........

I have never tried the avg way of looking at it, but going to try it. Because I do weigh every morning as part of routine.

Finished up another week. Last week, 180.5. This week, 178.75.

That is down 1.75 lbs. Progress, albeit slow progress........

I am down 5.5 lbs based on weekly average weights, since I decided to get back at the weight loss thing.

How are you doing, TJ?
