WEIGHT WATCHERS PEEPS......question about frozen dinners

Hello ,,,,

I am looking for some opinions on the frozen diet dinners out there. I know they are allowed on WW but wanted feed back on them. I have had the lean cusine before and liked them. I was wondering how many of you use them in your diet program and how you have done with your weightloss. I tend toward lower carb....but most say lean cusine does not fit that program, but I figure if I am having one for lunch daily....even if it were 35 carbs.....if the rest of my day is only say.....20 or 30 carbs....I still come in on the lower side of carb intake. I just cant seem to stick with a program when I have to cook and pack lunch and lets face it....salad gets just alittle old.

I notice LC is preservative free....which is a good thing although I have been trying to limit my intake of process food.......I am not doing all that well and figure if I had been following a program I could stick with for the last few months I would have been better of than eating all these "healthy foods" and then blowing it anyway.

Opinions and experience please!!! I would like to lose at least 8 to 10 lb a month at least for the first few months.......I am 225 right now.

Thank you
Vicki

I found that the preservative and SALT slowed my weight loss down. Ok in a pinch, I guess, but I prefer my own cooking.

Have you looked at the Southbeach ones? Just as much salt and preservative, but less carbs?
