Just checking quickly b4 going to bed. Reg, you rock girl. Those Nutter Butter cookies are around quite a bit at our daycare, so I AM going to check those out. And I never knew how much I LOVE Nutter Butter until about 6 years ago when I started workng at a daycare. 2, count them 2, daycares serve them in the Kettering, OH area!!! And neither one is connected with one another.

I love nutter butters.....certainly could eat a whole package in one sitting.

The mint mini rice cakes taste like Thin Mint Girl Scout cookies. They are great also.

Wow, peanut butter in daycare......we could never send anything to school (preschool or elementary school) with peanuts in it due to allergies. Luckily the kids can bring peanut butter for lunch or I'd be at a loss as to what to pack a few days a week.

I'm up for a potty break (drank over a gallon of water yesterday), and now I am going to crawl back to bed.

Sweet dreams

Sure you can join us. I think you popped in while I was on vacation. If I didnt welcome you then, I am now

When you have the munchies at night what do you usually eat?

Nightime is some times an issue with me. I start with an apple, carrots or grapes. Then 16 oz of water. If I'm still hungry I make a 94% FF small bag of popcorn. That usually does it for me. Try the 2 cups of water between snacks.......sometimes your body think's its hungry, when actually it's a little dehydrated.

Certainly use all your daily point when you start off. When your stomach shrinks, then you can shave a few points off.

I did! It wasn't an awful experience at all. Did it for 14 days, drank some stuff before each meal. I think it really helped my system.

Good Luck Reg!!! I weigh in tomorrow and I'm dreading it, yesterday I was up a pound.
Anyhoo life drags on. I start a new account this week which will keep me busy. I swear I have no energy, could it be the 100 degree temps??? All I want to do is veg in front of the tube. Unfortunately the laundry won't do itself. I made some pork chops last night that were just okay. I think Ill use the leftovers today for some kinda stir fry. Small steaks are on the menu for tonight.

Me too.

I've been slacking on exercise. Hard to get alone time when the kids are out of school. Dh came home late these past few days.....dont have the energy to go for a walk at 8PM, and there's only about 30 minutes of light left at that ttime. The kids start day camp next week so there will be no excuse ....hopefully I'll be able to get back into my routine.

Good luck with your new acct and staying busy !!

guys- please for me. I am so overwhelmed with school, and my kids being out of school is making it rough. I have the babysitting worked out while I am in school but no extra for studying, or exercising, or anything
I managed to get a 30 minute jog this morning but that's it for this week...
my classes are SO time consuming. I am beginning to think if I can get thru nsg school w/o a weight gain it will be a miricle
I simply have no time. period.
I am not gaining but maintaining nicely: problem is I need to loose!!!
I'm eating ok, I really think the stress is hindering me. I have learned alot about stress and I truly believe it can hurt us in so many ways.
Argh! I cancelled my online WW account because
1) I am not utilizing the tools
2) I am not consistently losing
3) I feel like I am wasting $$$
I realize that it's my fault and not the site, but I don't want to spend that $$$ to pay for it if I am not giving it my all. SO , I bought the WW complete food companion that lists thousands of points values for foods (and Core too) and I found an online AP calculator, so I'm still keeping track of everything I do and eat, just saving those dollars for now.
I feel better now after my vent, hope I haven't taken up too much space or time!
Thanks everyone! Have a good afternoon and I'll check in again soon!
