Ok...so my weight bounced between 210 and 215 all last month. Today I feel really bloated and weigh 213.

Now for the good news, I lost another 1/2 inch in my upper arms.

I consider last month a wash.

Now the heat is on! Lets see if I can melt off some weight this Summer.

Cannot weigh til NEXT SAtruday y'all, but did go down about 4 this month, just not sure it will stick...

1/2 inch is awesome Zilla! I would rather have inches than lbs!

I am way up this month. I'm at 152 this a.m. I'm sure if there's a prize for most gain I'm the winner. But yes, the heat is on and I'm determined to get my life and my eating back on track.

I went back and checked and June 1 I was at 149! Yikes!!!

Gosh..we have a "theme song" how fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We could all "jog" to that song for exercise..

I was up to 144.4 this morning...but I'm okay with that cuz "The Heat is On"..and it's all about the water weight.

Sandy: You keep forgetting that you are "tall", girl!!!

Lil: 4 is terrific..We will be awaiting your weigh-in next Saturday..You should be down another pound by then.

Off to dd's...I'm sure I won't eat perfectly, but it's okay..I'll try. I just had 2 cream cheese muffins, so that was a legal way to start the day. I'll talk Gary into stopping at McDonald's for my iced coffee to go.

New start-Not sure how much lost on this challenge, but have lost 14# since Jan 1, most of it in May and June. Will not change my sig until This one ends, so I dont lose track. Have a happy July 4th everyone, I plan on staying home and babying the flowers in my yard.

Congratulations to all you losers.

As I said earlier, down 6 pounds from June 1. Its so strange how my scale will go for days and not budge by .2 either way.

Started this morning off by discovering DH had eaten all my fresh blueberries of which some I was going to mix in my Fage Yogurt. He will sit down and eat them right out of the carton like they were something plentiful and inexpensive.

I had already asked him to save me a few but so far he has downed three cartons in the past week. I guess I'll have to hide them.

No 4th of July plans here; just be lazy, maybe go to the mall for a bit. DH will work in the yard most of the day.

My DB and I went out this morning to get him some donuts and iced coffee. The bag is sitting to the left of me and I'm keeping it there (until he eats the other ones) to motivate me! I am on my trainer's plan and the weekend and the evenings are my biggest obstacles. I've already passed 2 days with staying on plan by increasing my protein intake and not eating carbs like a lunatic.

Morning!

Cookout was great yesterday. Weather was perfect.

We have to go to Indiana or Missouri to get "good" fireworks but someone was setting them off in the park behind my house until 11:00pm.

We have a Lakeside Festival today, so DD21 and I are going shopping there - usually good craft booths!

Having Creme Caramel Tea this morning! Yum!

well the 4th The Heat Was Definitely ((( ON ))) in San Diego! Whew! i think it was about 100 degress outside! super duper HOT!!! and to top it off i had a visit from TOM so i gained back 1lb... but thats ok... all in all it was a good day... DH doesnt EVER do any of the cooking around here BUT he can BBQ like a king! so we went out and got a couple of nice Ribeyes... and OMG! they were sooooooooooooooo good... while we were at the store i saw Glass Bottles of Orange Crush which i thought were Extinct! so i got a Six Pac for the family and of course i had to have one to sooth TOM... it was a nice day for us... i hope you all had a happy July 4th i will try HARD this month to keep the heat on and lose, lose, lose... hopefully i can at least take off 5-6lbs for the month... or MORE? that would be soooooooooooooooo nice...

We got home from KC..thanks for the great weather, Sandy. It was so nice and coolish (80's). We went to the WW I Memorial and Museum, which was wonderful..

We did some shopping on the way home..Target, Borders, etc..and had lunch at
Applebee's...I was good today, but bad yesterday. Beth (26) cooked, so I really had to eat it..She is getting to be quite a cook and that is a good thing..She makes the Barefoot Contessa's recipes..Spinach Au Gratin, Turkey MeatLoaf and beans from Jack's
Barbecue place (OMG) and sugar cookies..

Lora: Sounds like a Dunkin Donut run to me..LOLO. Do you live in Boston?

Lil: We are going to Philly for a few days on our vacation..Brett's favorite movie is Rocky.
I want to see Wall-E..I remember those "non sleeping" nights..Hope you catch up.

I think Brett will set off more of his fireworks tonight. We live in the county..as opposed to the "city" so we have no rules about fireworks. We even have a Sheriff..

Hugs all around..I'm not weighing until Tuesday......................but I'm back on plan.
