Well I didn't go to my meeting yesterday morning. I got up took a peek at the scale and it said 229. I know it's due to TOM but I wasn't in the mood to see that higher number on my card yesterday. I crawled back in my bed and slept in yesterday morning. It felt great! I REALLY want to see a new number next weigh in so I gotta stay on track. I know I can do it!! At this point I don't care what the number is I just want to see a number that I haven't seen before. I've come to the realization that I'm a slow loser and I'm okay with that. I do have moments that I feel a little impatient but overall I'm very happy with Weight Watchers. I don't deprive myself of anything!! Honestly I'm not willing to deprive myself to lose faster. I already know that will backfire on me. I know I may sound like a ww commercial or something but WW really has turned into a way of life/eating for me. It's not about being on a diet!!

{{{{{{skinny vibes}}}}} to anyone weighing in today!!!

Have a great day everyone!! I'm going back to bed now.

Drink lots and lots of water, Reg. I got you beat...not that it was a contest...we drank Bud light and swam all afternoon, came home, changed, went to a party where more Bud light was consumed. I was a bad, bad WW'er yesterday.

Hello and good morning oraki! You and I are the turtle losers of the bunch. That is ok as long as we are healthy and have the vision.

PammyB,

I would suggest a few more Bud Light's and you will forget the redness and warmth you are feeling.

Keep lotion on it.

Reg,

I made this on the 4th. They were a hit!.
It was a Margarita theme

Margarita Melon Salad

2 limes -- juiced
2 shots tequila
2 tablespoons orange liqueur -- (Triple Sec)
3 teaspoons sugar
1/2 cantaloupe -- seeded, cubed
1/4 honeydew melon -- seeded, cubed
1/4 small watermelon -- cubed

Combine lime juice, tequila, liqueur, and sugar in a bowl. Add melons and toss to coat with tequila and lime. Serve in shallow bowls.

This recipe yields 4 servings. (It's 2 fruits per serving!)

223 Calories; 2g Fat (7.1% calories from fat); 3g Protein; 42g Carbohydrate; 3g Dietary Fiber; 0mg Cholesterol; 21mg Sodium

Margarita Chicken
SERVINGS: 6

3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1/2 cup margarita mix (can use bottled mix )
1 1/2 pound uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 clove garlic clove(s)

Thaw margarita mix (Frozen variety). Mix margarita mix, lime juice, and garlic in zipper bag. Marinate at least 1 hour, not more than 24 hours. Remove chicken from bag and reserve marinade.

Place chicken on grill. Brush with more marinade and sprinkle with salt & pepper. Cover and grill 15 minutes. Turn. Brush with additional marinade and add salt & pepper. Cover and cook until done.

Jello SF individual pudding cups. Creme Brulee. only 2 points. Make nice after dinner dessert.

I will have to say if you have texture issues this may not be for you.

I am going back to work full time tomorrow except for a MD appointment Wednesday. Going to try to get back to life. I am looking forward to getting back. I miss everyone at work. They have all been wonderful!

I cooked this am and made each of my co-worker's favorite treat. Not a one likes the same treat. Sugar high tomorrow at work.
