Welcome Joy!

Kim I like to make stir frys, quick and easy and you can change the spices used for new tastes.

Well today is a busy one for me so I gotta run. Yesterday I bought a George Forman grill and plan on chicken tonight with veggies of course. Other than that I have no plan LOL.

Love love love my George Forman grill....just a note, you can totally grill frozen meat...I love that feature, then I don't have to thaw ahead of time and be "committed" to chicken if I change my mind and want a turkey burger.

Yay! it is my favorite! i tried cauliflower and baby carrots w/a wedge of laughing cow cheese, and it didnt work. i think i cooked too long, the vegs were mushy

I bought a lot of good food. Then we took the kids to the pool on base. They have a really cool water slide they all had a blast. I am home now finally and cleaning up the kitchen. Ill check back tomorrow.

So, have I mentioned lately how much I LOVE my WW digital scale? Seriously, this thing rocks. I mean, a scale is a scale, right? NOT.

We had shish kebobs made with sirloin last night. I took my kebob...of course, the veggies were zero points, but how many points is that sirloin anyway?

I had the scale sitting next to me at the table, searched thru the database for beef, cooked, sirloin...put all my meat on it before chowing down and VOILA! 7 points. I knew one was enough (now, honestly, I would have known one was enough anyway, but I would have guestimated on the points).

Happiness.

Drink all your water Shelby. Seriously, you can go off program a little and be fine, but drink at least 6 - 8 8oz glasses of water a day and you WILL show a loss.

Good Morning Ladies! Thanks for posting the peach "cobbler" recipe yesterday~~~it is on "my List"!!!

Well, having a snack at 5 yesterday worked out terrific. When I got home after 6 I wasn't shakey or starving like I usually am. I sat down and added up all my points for the day and adding that extra bowl of cereal was wonderful! I ended up with eating 24 points for the day!

So I'm doing the same thing today!

My Menu:

1 cup Total cereal with raisins/1/2 Cup Skim Milk

1/2 Turkey Sandwich (Made with the good whole grain bread) with 1/2 cup baked chips

One Reece's cup snack OR M & M fun pack= 2 points for those that are counting!

Cereal for snack before I go home....

Dinner ???? Maybe chicken and some FF potato salad. Not sure. Depends on how hot it is.

It is my Friday~~~~ Everyone have a WONDERFUL weekend and I'll be back on Monday or tuesday. OH and even though it's TOM week. I showed a loss this morning!!!

Hello everyone!

I Hope you are all having great OP Dy!

I have been on track for 2 days now. No exercise today as my back has been messed up and I don't want to push it.

Skinny vibes to all our Tuesday weighers!

Morning ladies. Last night I made chicken on my Foreman grill and it was awesome. I bought some new McCormick Crusting Creations (1pt) and the chicken had a wonderful flavor and crust.

Today and the rest of the week will be busy. We bought a storage shed (10x10) and need to build it. My Dh is off work until Monday so I will be a busy girl.
Have a great day all!

Well hope all is well in Rockstar land. Skinny vibes to any weighers today.
I am about to go on my treadmill. I love my treadmill. I ordered workout music at workoutmusic.com I ordered according to the BPMs I wanted and it is perfect. Oldies from the 70's.
slim, i used fresh mushrooms, and fresh green beans, and did not add any water, butter, anything. just a bit of garlic powder, but the ziploc bags say that you dont have to add water, and to add any sauce after you steam.

Another Hungry Girl Recipe Review!!!!

I'm a french fry freak, so I had to try the Butternut Squash Fries. It was a lot of work peeling the squash, but definately worth it. I thought they were good...mine didn't come out crispy (my oven sucks), but certainly took care of my french fry craving...dipped in ketchup...no one would be the wiser

Ingredients:
1/2 butternut squash
kosher salt

Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. Peel and de-seed your butternut squash. If you're unfamiliar with handling them, you may have a little trouble at first. They're fairly easy to peel, but you'll need a sharp knife to cut them. Once your orange friend is peeled and seed-free, slice it in half. Then cut it up into french fry shapes. We like to use a crinkle cutter to make authentic looking crinkle cut fries, but they'll work any way you slice 'em. Place on a cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick spray. Cover lightly with kosher salt (regular salt works, too, but we prefer kosher). Place tray in your pre-heated oven and bake for 40 minutes or so, flipping halfway through baking process. Fries are done when they are starting to brown on the edges and get crispy. Serve with ketchup, or however else you enjoy fries or sweet potato fries!

Morning everyone!!!! Today's my Friday and I'm so happy!! Whew it's been a LONG week. I'm supposed to leave early today "if business allows". I sure hope so!!!

{{{{{skinny vibes}}}}}} to Babbs and everyone else weighing in today.

I'm doing pretty good plan wise. I doubt if I'll show a loss this week. It's pending TOM and it will be a miracle if I don't show a gain. I'm not going to sweat it though.

Anyone have any big plans for the weekend? I don't have any bbq plans or anything but having a 3 day weekend I sometimes have a tendency to get a little too snacky! I'll go by the store this evening and pick up a few things so I'm prepared.

Have a great day everyone!!

No change in weight again. I need to try harder but I am thankful for no gain!
Question regarding points. If its 25 cals 0 fat 0 fiber and falls on the line of 0 and 1 point which do you count?

so....about me.....

We are having a nice vacation. DH is taking MIL to the bus so she can go back to the Island. DH and the kids and I will stay until Saturday.

Food-wize I've been so-so. We have been out to eat twice and I had salad w/ dressing on the side. Exercise is limited.....but that's no excuse. I should have gone for walks on my own. Basically, we've laid around the pool most of the time. I dont have much alone time to get my walks in. Been slacking the water too. The water here is cloudy and we came up with 2 gallons of bottled water.....one of which we used for coffee. Oh well. When Saturday rolls around I will have 4 days until weigh in......to eat rabbit food, drown myself in H2O, and exercise like I'm training for a marathon.
