I can't believe they claim 0 Trans Fats!!!

This weekend, I bought the "meal deal" at local grocery store. You buy some filet mignon steaks and get some other stuff with it - for free. So one of the things you get is "I can't believe it's not butter."

I wouldn't have gotten the "meal deal" at all except it was all low carb AND the label said 0 trans fats!!! Wellllll, then I read the ingredients (like a dummy when I got home) and it has "partially hydrogenated" oil in it. I just went to their website and this is how they get by with telling that lie. It's legal.
---------

How can a product be labeled 0 grams of trans fat when it still contains partially hydrogenated oil?
A very small amount of Partially Hydrogenated oil is used to provide the structure needed for the product, but the amount of trans fat is less than 0.5 grams per serving. Based on FDA labeling regulations related to fats, less than one-half gram of fat is declared 0 grams per serving.
