Hey Jan, I think I mentioned I do Flex. I love it! I don't really cook, but I eat lots of fruits and veggies and I eat whenever I want. I love that I can be OP out w/ friends, home, on the run etc. I have considered CORE and I do love the foods on the list, but I really don't cook all that much and that is why I do Flex.

The really great thing is (IMO) You can earn AP's and you get WPA's on either plan. That is a win-win Program in my book. Motivation for exercise and flexibility.

Thanks so much....they worked !! I was up 4# on Monday. I drank so much water since Sunday after my company left that I thought I was going to pee the bed that night.....no joke. Every time I went to pee it was like a minute long pee. Kinda like "pee like a race horse". I continued drinking water until this morning.

Maybe there's something to the drinking water.....ya think?

I was very bad on Father's Day. Brunch was nice and if I only used my points for the meal, I would have been in good shape.........but..........I totally lost my mind and ate cake. And, not only did I eat 2 slices, I cut off some of the huge sugar flowers and ate those while hiding in the kitchen. If my mom saw she would have give me the rolly eyes, no doubt. After I packed up some cake for the guests To-Go, I put the rest in a garbage and made DH take it outside.

this is my first real week, and even then, i didnt do perfect, but I am excited! Yep I'd go with 1/2 point!!! I can't eat the Fiber One bars. They're delicious but good grief the stomach issues were out of control with those things. I can eat the yogurt but not the bars. Congrats on getting to the Y!!!

In other news ... I forgot to mention that I had my weigh and measure for Curves the other day, and I am down 15.75 inches in the past month! *jumps and squeals* I could tell I'd lost some inches becase of my clothes, and especially my bra ... I have had to readjust it and shorten the straps several times over the last few months, and now it is officially way too baggy to wear. It's pretty useless. LOL

Poor hubby ... it's his worst nightmare come true!
Those inches lost is great!! To me that's better than any number on the scale!! I don't care if I weigh 200 pounds if I can fit into a size 14.

Hey everyone!!!

I became pretty hungry last night. I don't mean cravings hunger I mean hunger hunger!! I had a small bowl of soup and since it was really late I'm going to add it to my points for today. I guess my dinner wasn't quite enough. I used some leftover ground turkey and I split it between me and my husband. I weighed it out and it wasn't quite 4 ounces. I used some of my wpas today because of the late late night snack. That's okay though. That's why I have them!!! No exercise today. I'm tired and I just didn't feel like it. I had a dollar off coupon for the South Beach lunch kit and I think I'll buy them again. They were really tasty!! Plus they have a lot of fiber 15 grams!!! I really like the South Beach pizzas too. They're high in fiber and protein. I liked them both so much that I went on ebay and bought some dollar off coupons!! If I go to walmart with those coupons I can basically stock up on them for half off!! You can't beat that!!
