I decided to have 2 100 calorie snacks that I had in the kitchen. I didn't use my daily points for them though!! I used my activity points and an wpa. I'm pretty proud of myself!! I think I'm doing pretty good.

Hello my lovelies!!!!! (Mike you are a lovely too my friend! ) I woke up and can't get back to bed just yet so I wanted to catch up on some personals. I have a very busy day today w/ a few doctors appointments, and other errands and I don't want to lose touch w/ you all. I really feel strongly about supporting each other here. I feel it is the cornerstone of my success (thus far) and my focus.

Hey Jan, I think I mentioned I do Flex. I love it! I don't really cook, but I eat lots of fruits and veggies and I eat whenever I want. I love that I can be OP out w/ friends, home, on the run etc. I have considered CORE and I do love the foods on the list, but I really don't cook all that much and that is why I do Flex.

The really great thing is (IMO) You can earn AP's and you get WPA's on either plan. That is a win-win Program in my book. Motivation for exercise and flexibility.

Good morning! I got up and walked at 5, my friend had to stay with her daughter, but I stayed out there for 50 minutes.

WI today, -5lbs!

this is my first real week, and even then, i didnt do perfect, but I am excited! I'm loving the food, I eat whatever i want, even junk food sometimes, but WW makes me eat in moderation, which is duh! what you should do! My friend and I were talking about it last night, how great it is, because you really can eat anything, nothing is off limits.

Last night, I had a garlic portabello burger, it was pretty good!
My new grocery store find, is Blue Diamond almonds, in vanilla bean flavor, and sugar cinnamon flavor. I think these are about 3 pts for 24 almonds, i have to check the label again, but they are so tasty! i dont like plain almonds, but these are really good, my 3 yr old wont stay out of the cinnamon sugar ones!

Good Morning Rockstars!

Actually got up and dragged our butts to the Y this morning. Yay! Glad to have that out of the way.

I'm trying to go to the Y 3 times a week to do my cardio on the elliptical, and also committing myself to walking 30 minutes 3 to 4 times a week as well.

I'm on track so far this week.

My hungry-girl breakfast -- super-duper veggie scramble seems to be staying with me till lunchtime. I loved the Fiber 1 bars and those totally kept me satisfied till noon, however, they bring with them a little gas issue...I figured with a new job on the horizon, I probably should get that under control

So, heres a stupid question...if 2 plums are 1 point, is 1 plum 1/2 a point? I know it's stupid...I should have weighed the darn thing on my schnazzy WW food scale this morning but forgot.....

Good luck to anyone weighing in today

You are toooooooooooo funny. No one ever got fat on plums. I vote "yes" for ˝ point. Go for a short walk during lunch, just to be sure
