2 pages already? is it really Monday?

I went to bed last night, and could tell i was getting sick, i feel horrible today, just a cold, my 3yr old had it this weekend.

I ate a lot last night, i enough in one day for 3 days maybe it was because iw as getting sick, or i was mad at my dh, i dont know for certain.

The good news is that my best friend/neighbor and i are committed to walking every morning at 5am. she joined ww at her work on friday, so we will do this together. So i did get up and walk, for about 50 mintues, that was all the time i had, i had to work at 6.

i skipped bk, just busy with working, kids, and getting them ready for bible school, then took them to subway for lunch. I got a veggie delite, and it was so good! i couldnt believe how good it was LOL

i just keep picking at low point stuff, and i just need to go to bed, nyquil will be my dessert

Oraki: I like your smiley idea! I am all about the smilies on e-tools/healthy guidelines. My mission is to make all those faces smile each day. The one that I find the hardest is the 5 fruits and or veggies.

Stacy!!!! Great job on walking 3 miles a day. I have the hardest time with exercise. I'm doing better though... and post often!!

{{{{{{{{skinny vibes}}}}}} Good luck on your weigh in today. I know you'll do great!!! I don't normally have a problem with the fruits and veggies but I do have a problem with the oils. I guess I need to have the right kind of oil, huh? That would probably help. Congrats on 25 pounds!!!!

Morning everyone!! I have the day off today to take Shaq to the vet. He's been shaking his head a lot so I think he has an ear infection. Of course they don't have any appointments available but they will take walk ins starting at 9 am. Hopefully I won't spend all day there.

It's a washer, or a weight that you put on a barbell. Also a magnet.
