So, today I went shopping. My current XL 16/18 cropped yoga/workout pants are swimming on me. So, I tired on the L 12/14. They fit, but.....a little tight up front. I was a little concerned that if I wear them in public, I may be spotted on cameltoedotcom . I was so happy that I can actually wear something that has a 12 on the label.

So.......I bought them, and hopefully, in 5 more pounds I can wear them out in public, LOL

I could possibly use some lipo down there

guess I am a one pound a week loser

FYI I'm sure you guys know this but I discovered another bread worth mentioning, I normally eat the Nature's Own Double Fiber 1 point for 2 slices. My kids prefer the Nature's Own Whitewheat; it's 1.5 points for 2 slices. I had some the other day and it really satisfied my taste for good old white bread, worth the extra half point to me, but not for everyday use!

I have the Monthly Pass. It's $40/mo.....we have unlimited meetings and use of all of the WW online stuff. ETools is great.......food tracking, recipes, recipe builder, searches, weight tracker.....it's excellent and the reason I'm doing so well. I have the accountability at meetings and the tools to use at home.

good morning! Good Lord i ate too much yesterday...so i went out at 9:30 and walked for 40 minutes, and felt much better about it...i actually woke up hungry this morning, and that made me feel better too.

my naughty husband brought krispy kremes home from the store last night for this morning, i had a half of one for 3 pts, and it was so good, but im ok with only half

Reg, i thought of you and your pics a lot while i was walking last night, you should know you are a huge inspiration, and i am going to have dh take my pic today before he goes back to work, so that i can show mine at 50 lbs i love what you said about your hubby when i asked about your family's reaction, that is what i expect from mine too LOL!
