Sarah - That's great that you're down 8.2 lbs, wow!!! I hate unpacking and I know it's so much work! I hope you have good help with the unpacking and I hope it goes quick and smooth for ya!

This is wonderful news on many different levels!!!!
First, I wasn't expecting that big of a loss!!!!
Second, I lost 10 pounds since being OP!!!!!!!!! (6 weeks, no cheats!)
Third (but not least!!!) I haven't been in the 150's since last September!

So it's party time for this gal over here!!!!! But I can't party too long, I have 2 doctors appointments (actually one just called to cancel because of the heat! LOL) and some groceries to get!

I could not have done this without you all. This is the most wonderful, supportive and motivating group I ever belonged to, and I know from WW threads bealieve me! LOL. I get around!
Vi - That's awesome that you lost another 3 pounds!!! You deserve it for staying on plan girl!!!

Oh My!!! I don't know how I feel about that! I hope you are overly compensated! In 10 years I only worked 1 summer because the money was too good to resist! I thin it was 15% of your yearly salary for six weeks work. Even still I only did it one year! I miss being a teacher LOL!

my position is weird because technically I'm a college employee...but the hs is in the college...and now our students can earn up to 30 college credits before they graduate

So you are a CUNY/NYS employee then? That's great! Y'all get great benefits. When I am ready to go back I may look to the state, What subject do you teach? I was a Special Ed Computer Teacher, HS...but I think I mentioned this already! LOL It's so hot I can't think straight!

Well... It has been 3 weeks since I attended a meeting and weighed. I am certain that I will see a gain but my goal is to stay in the 140's. I did not stay on plan during vacation I ate very good and par took in numerous adults drinks. The worst ones.. frozen with umbrella's. I like to think it was my way to consume my daily fruit.

I am sure on Thursday that that those drinks are not going to look as good on the scales. Reality of my 2 weeks of cheating is starting to set in.

I did buy new scrubs for work because my manager had made the request for me to present to work today in clothes that fit and not so baggy.

I received soooo many compliments on my weight loss and how nice I looked. My gosh, I must have looked like hell. Now all my co-workers told me that my clothes had been looking so sloppy and big. I though for heavens sakes why the hell now tell me.

Start drinking a lot of water and eat clean and it may not be as bad as you think! Whatever the scale says I have no doubt that you'll get it back off. I know you had a great time!

So maybe do bk this week, lunch next, and so on? that will give people that dont check in every day to catch up.

So, my question for this week is, what do you like to have for breakfast? What is a low point breakfast that helps keep you on plan?
I normally prefer to have some type of protein for breakfast. It helps to keep me full and less hungry during the day. Usually it's 2 eggs with turkey bacon and a slice of bread or maybe a wrap. Some variation of that. Or maybe a quiche. When I get tired of eggs I have oatmeal with a banana or apple mixed in. That's really tasty when I want something a little sweeter. On the weekends I may have a bowl of cereal. I've been meaning to try some French toast for breakfast. That would be good too!
