Reg - Thanks again for mentioning the Better n' Peanut Butter. I went to Trader Joe's and bought it! I tried it and really like it! To me it does taste almost exactly like peanut butter, just a small difference. It's something I will certainly enjoy! I'm so thrilled because as you already know, it's so much lower in points than the regular peanut butter!

Vi - I've seen it in a regular Jewel grocery store, don't know if you have them there - but sometimes regular grocery stores carry it too. I would have tried it a while ago at my grocery store - but it's close to $7 a jar, yikes!!!

now, I'm very happy about the $3.99 better n peanut butter!!!

That would mean me paying to drive over that bridge! LOL It was very different when I worked in Brooklyn, but I don't even have my EzPass any more. But thanks for the help and the tip!

Thanks sweetie but we don't have one of those either.
I'll hunt around at the 3 stores I frequent, maybe they'll have it. I haven't had PB since last summer. It's a big ol' trigger food for me.

Thanks.

I've really been following the plan pretty religiously. I may have missed only a handful of days of not tracking my foods. I have etools and it helps me A LOT !!

The things I struggle with are...... drinking water, taking a multi-vit, and good oils.

I exercise every day (walk 5 days, wii fit daily).

Thanks for your kind words.

HAPPY TGIF LADIES AND GENT!!!

Yesterday we were evacuated from the plant because we had tornadoes. I got home and all the weather had gone around our little town except for the hail. So we are fine. Out here by the plant, one house was hit and destroyed, so I'm really glad that they got us out of here when they did!

Doing fine. When I joined WW last Monday, the little containers that you keep your books in, welllll I thought they were kind of ugly so.....I got into my closet and found my Old Mary Kay leather bag. IT IS PERFECT! It's a miniture book container. My journal fits nicely with all my handouts with room to spare!

I should be getting my "skinny jeans" bracelet tomorrow that I ordered on line and TONIGHT~~~~I get to go grocery shopping!!!! WOOT

Ya'll have an EXCELLENT FRIDAY and I'll check in when I can.....

Hey everyone, hope you are all having a great OP day!!!!!

I am pretty pooped so I don't know about exercise today. (Honestly, I cannot wait till this herbal cleanse is over, it's making me more tired than usual). Maybe I will try to jam 20 minutes on the stationary bike in (1 AP) before I go meet my girlfriend to get pedicures.

Take care all!

A lot of people had them at the Weight Watcher meeting so I went to ebay (gotta love ebay! ) and ordered one that would say ME.

And if you go to her website that listed in the picture, she has TONS of them for sale with all different colors. I wouldn't mind a few more to match other clothes.

I have loved Coach since the 90's and I hate how quick they are to change their styles. If you like something one month it's gone by the next month. eBay is a great idea. I like last years Hampton Totes and I am miffed you can't find them this year. They should stick w/ certain 'classic' styles the way they have a 'classic' section on their website.

Love the belt! Nickel and black is my favorite combo. Classy!

OMG Kimmer, thank God you are ok! That's scary.

Are you getting an official WW bracelet? (is there such a thing?, I ask because I read about that idea a few months ago on a fitness/weight loss blog I read) A lot of people make them now and they are pretty stylish. I love the ones on etsy made w/ Swarovski. Then again I love anything made w/Swarovski. LOL

Have fun shopping!

I'm not sure how "official" it is. It was under weight loss bacelets. A lot of other people are using them as well. I know you're supposed to count your points with them, but I'm just using it as a reminder of the journey that I'm on.

These are amazing !!

Ingredients:

1 large onion

1/4 cup original Egg Beaters**

1/2 cup crushed Fiber One

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut edges off onion, and remove outer layer. Cut onion into 1/2 inch wide slices, and separate into rings. Next, fill a small bowl (just large enough for onion rings to fit in) with Egg Beaters. Using a blender or food processor, grind Fiber One cereal to a breadcrumb-like consistency. Pour crumbs onto a small dish. One by one, coat each ring in egg and then crumbs (give each ring a shake after the egg bath). Place on an oven-safe baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray. Cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping rings over about halfway through. Serves one!

Serving Size: 15 rings; one recipe

Calories: 153

Fat: 1g

Sodium: 225mg

Carbs: 41g

Fiber: 16g
Sugars: 7g
