I'm down 1 lb today!!! I thought it would be more but hey I ate cream of wheat before I got on the scale so I'm just happy I lost...

I know what you mean about eating before weigh in. I used to try to go all day without eating before the weigh in. But, I got too hungry. One time I decided to have protein shake 5 hours before weigh in. Before drinking that shake, if I would have gone to the meeting at that time - I would have had a 1 lb. loss that week. But instead, I gained a pound because I drank something before the meeting. So now I just try to eat something light and hope it's burned off by the time I go to my Weds. 5:30 meeting, lol!!

30 Minutes Activity Everyday!

I keep coming back to WW, and i keep falling off. Yesterday i signed up for WW online, and i hope that if i actually pay for it, maybe i will stick to it. I always read your guys' threads, (and sometimes post) and am inspired by your commitment and progress, you guys are doing great, i hope to join you!

Hello Fellow Rockstars!! Congrats to all you losers! I had a gain at my wi. I gained .08 I wasn't too upset because I have not had a gain in 8 weeks. It was bound to happen. I know that I could stand to clean up my act foodwise so I will take this gain as a wake-up call. I got too casual about losing every week. It don't take much to tip the scales the other way.

So I will resume and get back to bunny food all the time. No sweet and or starchy snacks. I have fresh fruit all cut up in my fridge now.

Welcome to our humble (but not really humble because we call ourselves Rock Stars LOL j/k) WW thread.

This is an awesome, supportive, lively and fun group. I have tried 2 other WW threads on different boards and I never felt as motivated and cheered on as I do here. Hopefully that will make the difference for you!

Good for you Slim! WTG on identifying what might be the issue and taking care of it asap! I learned the hard way last year that not all snacks are metabolized equally and I gave up all too easily. If I would have stuck w/ it, I'd be at goal by now.

Attitude is everything and yours is awesome!

Good Afternoon Ladies and GENT (sorry Mike!)

I have come to the realization that:

I have to lose slow~~~if I TRY to lose fast~~I go off program EVERY SINGLE TIME

I need to stick to WEIGHT WATCHERS ( it is the BEST plan for me!) and quit going back and forth trying to lose faster trying different programs

So I would like to come in here now and again and read ya'lls menus for those that post them. I did actually go and I JOINED WW's on Monday night. I have all my stuff and I'm ready to go!

Hey Mike!

and hi anyone else that's just reading today.

I slept really late today and I won't have time to work out before my doctors appointment. I was thinking I should give myself a rest anyway because I am still feeling the effects of my phlebotomy last week. In fact, I think the tech (who was new) damaged my vein, maybe even a muscle....I dunno. She did things in a way that was pretty different and I have been in pain since last Thursday.

Maybe I'll use the stationary bike when I get home. I have some errands to run as well, so we'll see if I have the energy.

Hi Kimmer!!!!!! WTG On making a decision and joining WW! Yes the quick appeal of LC was alluring to many of us here, but not sustainable.

I am doing WW flex as well and It has taken me the last four years to realize that LC doesn't like me and WW's loves me!

I love being able to eat on the weekends and eat what everyone else is eating. Thanks for the welcome.....My meeting nights are on Mondays and weigh ins are on Mondays as well...
