Good morning! I'm up bright and early again today ... I woke with a nasty start when DH was getting ready for work. He was standing RIGHT up next to me, and I have no idea why ... he must have been adjusting the curtain on the window or something, and he happened to cough the LOUDEST cough I have ever heard and I, consequently, woke up, screamed, punched him, and THEN realized who he was and started giggling incessantly. It was a fun little hysterical laughing fit, but the poor guy couldn't really laugh along ... I ... erm ... weeeeeeelll ... let's just say I punched him where it hurt. ![]() So ... I'm wide awake now. ![]() Anyway, I'll be heading out for my meeting in a couple of hours, anyway, so it's all good. ![]() DH took me to a restaurant last night ... it was called something like Noodles and Company or some such thing, but it was soooo good! You pick your basic noodle dish and then you can add a protein and either a salad or a soup for like 7 bucks. It was yummy, and the price wasn't bad at all, inho. I got a bangkok curry that wound up being about 13 points by my figuring. I asked them to go light on the sauce and asked about oils used in it and they gave me a pamphlet with the calorie and fat content, so I just pretended it had NO fiber in it, and it was fine. I got the salad with a fat free asian dressing (turned out to be nothing but a ginger red wine vinegar, but it was tasty) and the noodle dish had a ton of veggies in it and not too many noodles, so it was perfect. We got a bunch of packing done yesterday and took a load of books to goodwill. We're finally getting somewhere! ![]() Okies ... I'm going to go pack up my food for the day since I won't be home most of it. See you all later!

That angel food cake and pineapple recipe sounds excellent! I will probably be making that today and sharing it with the family. That is, as long as I can find the mix.

Good morning ww rockstars!
Reg: Love the new title. It fits! All I can think of is Izzy saying, "Rockstar!" to her intern friends because she was in on a major surgery. (Grey's referrence) Ruby: WTG losing 2.6 lbs! That is a great loss. You are a rockstar this week! I am about to get on the treadmill for today and then I will be going down to our cottage where my husband is. I will be packing up my food so I will remain op on Sunday and Monday. Wi on Tuesday. No computer at the cottage. No signal ![]() |

Hello everyone,
I just wanted to stop by and say bye and see you all in 14 days. Off to Aruba ..just hubby and myself. ![]() I want to thank each and everyone for all your support,advice and listening to my whinny days. I would have never made the 140's without you all. A very special thanks to Reg and Oraki who have been with me since day one. Thank you both!! I never believed I could be 145.5 for vacation.
