well...the scales say I gained 2lb
it's probably accurate but I think I'm going to pick up a new battery someday soon. I did have a stressful week and I know that alone can cause a temporary gain, so I'm not going to be hard on myself.
Good luck to any other friday weighers!!
eta: actually it was 1.6 lb not so bad
eta: I did have soy sauce last night...wonder if that added to it?

It has no taste - but has 5 grams of fiber - 25 cals - 0 fat- only 1 carb. It has really helped me to get more fiber in and lower the points in certain foods I can add it to also.
That's a neat trick

Thanks.

Hi everyone. Slept in. Still very tired. It will probably take a few days to recoup. No exercise again.

I ate a few wpa's and probably will today as well. I can't feel bad about it, I need the calories to recover. It is all real food with no empty calories although I'll be honest with you, I could really go for some 94% popcorn. I'm still OP, but I was OP last week and I gained.

Oh well.....Lifestyle not a quick fix right?

REG, REG, REG....

I did notice from personal experience that when you add more AP's you should use all you daily points and don't be afraid to jump into the AP points. I stall or gain if i don't get enough food for the week. With all the walking, you may need to eat a little more, or at least all your daily points.
good luck, and don't turn to food to make you feel better, young lady!!!
Thanks !!

Nice to see you !!

Excellent point !!

I'll take it !!

I did managed to fit into a 18/20 fitted Tshirt yesterday. I needed a few shirts to relax in. It's hard for me to go straight to the 18/20s instead of the 22/24s. The 22/24 fit better, but it was big ....I'm used to baggie and big to hide behind, but I took the plunge, bought the 18/20 and it's a fitted cut and a big difference in how I look. A little clingy in the butt, but I'll work with it.

Today I was shopping and bumped into a mom that I havent seen in about a year (our kids went to preschool together last year). I said "Hi, how are you?" She said "Hi" kinda in a hesitant tone, then said "OH HI, I didnt recognize you....you look great"

Made me feel good.

Hubby just got home from work. He's showering.......very dirty job he has. Hopefully I'll be able to get out for a walk......I did 30 of aerobics on the Wii this morning.

I really like the hoola hoop, except when I get hit in the head
