Hello everyone and to Santasdaughter..... here's the thing. On low carb you lose a lot of weight fast but in my opinion and experience, you cannot eat that way for a lifetime. I came back to ww's because I know it is a food plan that I can live with for the rest of my life. I get to eat foods from every food group. I can have fruit. I have been on WW's for 4 months and I have lost very close to 25 pounds. I don't think that is bad. Reg has lost even more in the same amount of time.
Sorry that you had a gain this week Reg. I know that feeling. It sucks. But if you did not deserve it than you will have a big loss next week. Either way, you know it is time to get back on the plan because food is never the answer. (believe me I am not perfect about that either but just trying to encourage you this week)

Hey Reg, you can make your own low cal/fiber version at home and it would only take a few minutes. Just take white chocolate - or whatever chocolate you like and melt it in the microwave. Then add 1 t. of fibersure or whatever other kind of fiber powdered supplement. I use Fibersure all the time. I add it to smoothies and different things all the time. It has no taste - but has 5 grams of fiber - 25 cals - 0 fat- only 1 carb. It has really helped me to get more fiber in and lower the points in certain foods I can add it to also.

Sorry, I've been missing so long. I didn't have WI this week, and it kinda threw me off.
I hope everyone is doing well, or at least better than the beginning of the week. I did WI at home for a loss of -1.4lb, but the scale at the center is usually a lb lighter. If this is right, I made my goal. I am going to wait for Monday's WI to call it legal. This morning I decided to order BF w/ everyone in the office...bad move. After I started eating, I figured out points. I'm figuring high, but 15 points for a sausage bf burrito. It was so good, but sooo bad. w/ AP points I'm still ok, but it was one of those splurges that I haven't had since February. REG, REG, REG.... ![]() I did notice from personal experience that when you add more AP's you should use all you daily points and don't be afraid to jump into the AP points. I stall or gain if i don't get enough food for the week. With all the walking, you may need to eat a little more, or at least all your daily points. good luck, and don't turn to food to make you feel better, young lady!!! ![]() Hey, you look great in that dress. very hot!
