Speaking of scales...I just can't stay off mine...BUT, I had to share that I am only up 1 pound from my weekend badness (as opposed to my usual 4 - 8!!!). This is going to be the week I hit 70 pounds gone forever!

We took our parents to brunch yesterday at the club my husband is a member of, a couple of the waitstaff pulled me aside to tell me how fabulous I looked! It made me feel good.

This whole weight loss thing is funny though...I know there are others who want to say something because I see the look of shock on their faces when they see me, but they say nothing. I think they're afraid they're going to offend me or something...like I didn't know I was 100 pounds overweight?

Even my MIL said something positive yesterday to both my husband and I (and she never says positive things to us).

Lol I can't stay off mine either...you didn't go too over board....I'm still holding salt from last wednesday...I need to really say no sushi...

Im down 33 pounds total I had on a medium jacket and a size 10 skirt it was linen I was fierce then everyone even my darling husband kept commenting on hot I looked Ofcourse I go and try to have a big dinner but when I got it I didnt even want it I said I was going to save it knowing I dont eat left overs so I woke up and threw it in the trash Have a great week everyone I will be checkin in just working on my thesis getting a A so far

Ok I'm down another 2 Lbs. after my second week.

Here has been a typical menu for me:

B - oatmeal w/ a 1/4 cup of granola
1 red apple

L - 3 slices of turkey breast & 1 slice fat free amer. cheese
2 slices of WW bread
2 cups tomatoe soup
100 cal pack pretzels

D - 4 oz grilled chicken w/ 1 cup brown rice
1/4 cup salsa
1/2 cup corn

S - 1/2 cup pineapples or 1 cup grapes

I'm allowed 26 poits per day, would you guys add or delete anything?
Please give me any advice, I don't go to meetings.

Congrats on the 2lbs!!! If you're not hungry then that's good! I believe it's 2 servings of milk, healthy oils 5 servings of fruits and veggies
