Hey all!!!!

I hope everyone is having a lovely day.

I am pretty tuckered out today. Plus I am sore from my kick-butt, hour long walk yesterday. (My butt hurts!!!!)

Just lounging around the house today. Maybe I will get on the stationary later. We'll see how I feel.

I went in and told my leader that I didnt want to know my weight. She happily obliged (weighted me and folded up my card). Then, I go into the meeting room and everyone asked how I did. I told them I dont think I lost and that I didnt look. The 5 girls that were there before me said they ALL GAINED, so I wasnt feeling good about that.

We talked for a few minutes and one of the older gals said "Look already", so against my better judgement, I did and "Son-of-a-*****" rolled off my tongue

I was really shocked because my ring was so tight today and I was swollen. No clue why.......I had watched my salt.

So........long story short..........Reg lives for drama

Sarmay/Reg - yep, looked at the list (actually printed it off) but I'm stuck here at work and there is no place on campus to get healthy food...well there is but I don't want to pay what they want for it...so I just have to sit here and feel my tummy rumble...

Ok, I was just informed (actually I should have know this) that I can not go to the meeting tonight because my dh is on call (ambulance/fire). He is on call every Wed night and has been for the past million years...I was just so wrapped up in the idea of finally finding a meeting I could get to...OMG...now there are no meetings AT ALL that I can attend in our area.

Awwww! That stinks! Isn't there any time, any day, where you could switch things around to get to a meeting? It's important to schedule time for yourself, and take care of you first.

I'm not sure if you work, but if so, is there a time you can go during your lunch hour? My meeting is from 12:15-12:45 (many of us get there at noon to chat).

Just a suggestion.

Hello to everyone,

I am missing my accountability weigh in tomorrow. That weigh in keeps me more honest. Next week I will either have a loss or big gain. I was good last night @ the Wharf. Shrimp cocktail, plain bake potato, steamed broccoli, and 1 adult beverage and hours of walking more strolling.

Today..not as good. Went to Nappa Valley wine tasting and out to lunch. Made healthy lunch choices but did have many wine sips.

Have conferences all day tomorrow. No time to get in trouble.

I did walk on treadmill this am for 35 min @ 4.0 mph before the wine.

This is the first time ever that I made a effort to think through want I put in my mouth while away from home.

That's sounds pretty good!! So did you just grind up the oatmeal and bread it with that? Did you add anything else to the breading. I love chicken tenders but haven't had any in a while. Thanks for sharing.

You're so funny!! I know I came home and fell asleep on the couch. I just woke up to get in my bed but of course I had to check out everyone here before I went back to sleep! Well I'm off to go back to bed now. It is quiet in here this evening though. I promise to be much chattier tomorrow.

Good night!

Sorry, it was a long day for me.

After I picked up the kids we did homework, then I had to finish my bake sale project and we were at the kids' school from 630-800ish for the Spring Exhibit (they kids' work is on display). By the time the kids were in bed it was 9:00 and I glued to the TV watching Americal Idol (happy with results)....I passed out soon after (sucks to get old)

Hope you enjoyed your meal. I made another Turkey pie........love it, love it, love it !!

Good morning fellow WW's! Skinny vibes to any Thursday weighers!

Hubby's surgery was scheduled for today but it has been postponed becuz he has a cold. We don't know when it will be now. They will call us with a new date.

So I woke up thinking about having a banana so I think I will have cherrios and banana for breakfast. I usually have oatmeal and slip in one of my daily oils. But I have learned to just take it by the teaspoon with a bit of splenda if necessary.

K have a nice day everyone.
