I must have had a puzzled look on my face while looking for a seat. I thought that was really nice. They had the ww chocolate crunch bars buy one get one free. I bought some and I sure hope I like them. I asked if I had to start my 10% over and she said that it was my choice. That's good to know. Slowly but surely I'm getting closer to it and I want that key ring!! Or is it a charm?? Whatever it is I want it! Reg we talked about activitunites too!! Of course when she asked what the word meant I knew the answer but I prefer not to talk. Someone else received stars for answering though.

Well I'm hungry and I need to eat some lunch. BBL!

Hey Papita! I think if you look back to earlier in the week oraki posted some shopping lists/food lists for FLEX and CORE members. If it isn't in this weeks thread, it's in last weeks. It goes by so quickly I forget.

Oraki - Way to go on that loss!!! I'm so happy for you that you had an nice loss and enjoyed your meeting!!!

Dedicated - That's so awesome that the dress fits you again!!!! I wore a shirt last weekend that I haven't worn in a few years and my parents told me it was a real cute shirt. I told them I went shopping in my closet and they laughed. Also, that is SO NICE of your friend to have special food for you!!! I usually try to take my own food with me and feel funny about it - but I've learned not to worry about what others think so much because by worrying what they think and eating their food hasn't helped me any!

Reg - You are doing awesome with your walking this week!!! I need to get motivated to do more walking, I try to walk 1 mile a day - but need to do more! That's cool that you walked to go get coffees. I think you just gave me a great idea. I was going to walk to K-mart today, because we only have 1 car now and I needed to get some cold medicine for my dd. My husband was able to go instead. Now, I do have a 7-11 and a gas station pretty close to me - I could always walk there to get us coffee, or other things or just take the kids for a nice walk. I do plan on walking to my MIL's later for a bbq. She doesn't live too far away - it's only about 10 minutes of walking to get there. I need to start getting outside more and walking with the kids!!! It would be a fun sort of thing for us just to walk to the store! I would love to walk alone with my Ipod - but the kids are always with me and I can't crank the music up too loud - have to listen to them and the sound of cars, so we don't get run over

I hope you had a great time at the BBQ! Good luck on adding the extra activity. Honestly though, a mile a day is great if that is all you have time for.

Welcome home Babbs! Glad you survived the sights and sounds of Cali! LOL

I did 52 minutes of aerobic activity and 12 upper body weights. It was a slow start but once I pushed myself I was able to dig deep. I even saw some muscle pushing through my flabbiness. That made me happy as I used to be SO FIT! Slowly but surely this year of laying on my butt will no longer be evidenced in my physique!

BBL...
