Did you like that movie? I tried watching it but I kinda lost interest. It seemed to really drag on and on for me. Maybe I was too sleepy when I tried watching it.

I am not really hungry today, which is a good thing, because I didn't pack up my scale like I planned to, and I stepped on it this morning, and I'm still up. It's ok, though, because I am working out after work, and I will tomorrow, in addition to my walk. I just haven't been as active this week as usual.

Oh, Reg! I made that Enchilada Pie last night, and it is amazing! I used tomatoes, canned and diced with jalepenos, only half a pound of turkey, and added a cup of SF salsa to the meat as I cooked it. (Had to do a little substituting to use up what I had in the kitchen. ) Wow! It is great. I'll be having a piece for lunch and dinner tonight, too. LOL
Okay I'm making this enchilada pie this weekend!! Sounds delicious!

Morning everyone!! I'm up early on a Saturday morning because it's weigh in day!! It's funny I hate getting up early in the morning to go to work but I didn't have a problem getting up to go weigh in this morning. I'm so silly...

I'm so excited!! I really hope I like this leader. I'm pretty sure that I'll show a loss this week. I just checked my home scale and it said 227.5. (No Tarolee I haven't been weighing daily I just wanted to see where I stood at this morning) After the meeting I have a few errands to run and all my errands are right in the vicinity of the center. Super convenient plus it saves on gas!

I'll be back later and have a great day everyone!!!

I had 2 slices yesterday

The recipe calls for Whole Wheat Tortillas.........check the points. The La Tortilla factory Tomato Basil has the lowest fat/calories that I can find. The big ones have 100 cal and come out to 1 point. Some of the others have 170-200 cals per.

Let's assume for argument, the recipe is using the 3 point ones. The point count would be 9 for 3. If you use the ones I suggested the point count would be 3 for 3. That's a savings of 6 points per pie, or 1 point per serving !!

And, I used the ground turkey breast (0.5g fat per serving) as opposed to the regular ground turkey which has 10g per serving. I also use more turkey than the recipe calls for.

I guess I could use the recipe builder to figure it out, LOL.......but I'm too lazy.

Hope you LOVE the dish !!

Morning! Skinny vibes to our Saturday weighers! Oraki I hope you like the leader at the new meeting. My center is near all my stores too. It is very convenient.

I love my WW center. We have meetings seven days a week day and night. When I move to my summer cottage the WW meeting is very near and it is on the same day!

The recipe is using the 3 pt tortillas ... those are what I have (all I could find at the store) and I ran it through the tracker. Even at 4 pts a slice, it's a deal! It is much more filling than I had expected.

It's a very generous serving......but you know me.......I'm always looking for a way to hold on to my points

If you go to the LaTortillaFactory site you may be able to search online to locate them in your area

Get this.......yesterday I had the whole minivan fiasco to deal with, and it rained all day. I got all my shopping done (Costco, supermarket, etc) for a weekend family BBQ.

DH got home from his business trip around 5PM and I made Tacos for my peeps and had the Turkey Pie for myself.

After dinner, still raining, I wanted to walk and DH said "Why dont you want to 7-11 and get us coffee". So I did........1.82 miles, easy pace (slippery and rainy) but at least I got some exercise in........and 2 APs

I've walked every day this week. . I really want to be in the 190's !! Can ya tell?

What kind of exercise do you have planned for today?

I must say it's tough for me but it does feel good not "worrying" about what the number said

It was so nasty yesterday but I walked after the funeral for about half hour in the rain...today I'm walking to the shopping plaza which is a little over a mile...so I'm starting there

Ohh and I got that dance dvd and it's good. That woman can dance...I'm out of breath 3 mins in but I'm going to still press on

Huge NSV!!!!!!

So the reason I started this weightloss journey once again...was because I had a friends wedding this upcoming Sat. in Fl. Sure my feeling fat, almost sumo-ish had something to do with it...but I wanted to fit into my fave dress I bought 2 yrs ago. (I've worn it twice but I paid over $200) It was a size 18. In Jan I was a size 22 @ 270 lbs and restarted lc. I tried it on today and although when I wore it the first two times I was 10 lbs lighter...I put it on this morning and it Fit!!!! I'm just saying I can do backflips right now. I'm guessing I'm losing inches!!!!! I'm so shocked and excited!!! now all I have to do is be extra clean this week so I can eat at the wedding and not look 8 months prego!!!!
