Hey everyone. Hope you all are having a great day.

I am really tired. Only slept 5 hours and aside from that having massive fatigue issues. No exercise yesterday...we'll see about today. I am seriously beat. I hate when I have days like this. Such is the nature of my health though. If I was 'normal' I guess I'd be out there living a normal life right?

Going to lay on the couch now.

I was so excited about starting ww back then. I was so upset. One would think that if you have someone just starting you would stay on topic and set the right environment...I will find a meeting...I really need to...

Well, I went to my Weds. weigh in. I know I would have maintained from last week according to my home scale, but decided to have a protein shake a few hours before the meeting because I usually don't eat anything and then am starved for the meeting. Well, because I drank that before the meeting, when I went to the meeting I was up 2 lbs. It's ok though, I know why.

I'm just thrilled that as of saturday night - the scale was up 7 lbs. from water weight and was able to get 5 out of 7 lbs. off by the meeting. Would have been 7 out of 7 lbs. if it wasn't for that protein shake I just had to drink before the meeting, lol!

I'm planning on being real good - no more fast food for a while and I don't have to worry about a water weight gain from the sodium. I plan to have a great loss next week!

30 Minutes Activity Everyday!

Keep drinking that water...once you can drink those 3 bottles and not pee 40 times your body is hydrated...until then keep drinking...

I drink water right up till my wi but I make sure I pee before I get on the scale.
