Everyone has their own tastes (some people like brussel sprouts!!!), but I thought Jay Robb's Vanilla was just ok, not great, especially for the price. The chocolate was better! I put it and the water in the blender with a handful of ice. It added air to the shake and made it much more filling!

Down 5 pounds this morning! Finished my 3rd day; looking forward to weigh in tomorrow!

it is the pits, and I kind of miss that protein on the second day with my salad but I keep telling myself it's only 3 days. Of course it's 3 days every week for 12 weeks straight but I'm going to do it. I really look forward to the other 4 days though...

I know we're all different, although I am curious to see if 1. the weight loss is maintained the 4 off days, and 2. how much weight is lost the second go 'round.

Annie! Great job. I'm starting a one or two day- depends on how I feel at the end of today- fruit flush. I've got cherries, pineapple, cantaloupe, strawberries, and nectarines planned for today so hopefully, all goes well. Have a good day everyone.
