Good morning all. It took a little while to read the last 5 pages. Step away from the computer for a few hours and the vine goes from 1 page to 6! WOW. I'm addicted to cous cous. When I got home last night I fudged around trying to figure out what I wanted to cook...dh and dd had spaghetti but I did not want that (I'd had my ground meat for the week sooo) I wound up having a bowl of cous cous with fresh tomatoes and scallions...sooooo good. I'm eating it now (8:40AM and I'm eating cous cous). It is so filling and soooo good. No chickpeas though ![]() Congrats to all the losers. Aija - do you live on a farm? Dedicated - I want to come down to the beach party...I don't look too good in my swim suit yet, if you can excuse the extra rolls on my back I'll be there. I'm 5'7.5" and it looks like we are about the same weight also...I need to get this fat off. I'm right there with all of you. I am not anti-Atkins but I've gained and loss so many lbs on Atkins it's amazing...if I could have kept off all the weight I've actually lost doing induction I would be dead I like WW because I CAN EAT FRUIT, GRITS, COUS COUS, PASTA, BREAD, DID I MENTION FRUIT?

Lol I got a random call from an ex...who I haven't seen in about 5 yrs. He called just to tell me he fathered a child while we were together. lol I started laughing...I'm honestly not the same person I was then, so the laughter made him mad lol OH WELL! LOSER!

I was up all night AGAIN last night. I have a doctors appointment today and I do not wanna go.
![]() I know I am being such a baby, but I have a lot of appointments the next few weeks and they really stress me out. Someone go for me please? ![]() I think I may have a Splenda/sucralose allergy. ![]() ![]() I have noticed I get little cluster headaches whenever I consume it and now I am starting to get itchy. Last night I had some protein powder and the itching was insane!!!!! Even Benadryll did not help. Ugh I really do not have the energy to workout today after only sleeping 6 hours. If I do anything it will probably be the bike. I really wanted to do the NordicTrack followed by some bike work (enough to equate 40 minutes total aerobic so I can earn 2 AP's). Oh and I just realized today is upper body weight day. Maybe i will do those when I get back if I don't have time before the doctors. I am so whiny today!!!!! ![]()
