I will check it out, although unless I get back to work, it's doubtful. But hey, you never know right? Gotta stay positive.

Oh oraki it's only the dreaded water gain. y woman gains between 1-5 lbs of water every month. Those are real statistics not some made up malarkey so don't fret doll. You lost, the difference in the water retention just did not show it yet.

Well, I just worked out like a sweaty madwoman. Time to change my stats to 8/8! I enjoy doing that everyday. It is keeping me motivated to do some form of movement ever day. That should help to make up for the fact that I can barely move for the rest of they day. LOL

I had a great visit with my cardiologist. My BP was very good, EKG great, lab results good. Thrilled that I lost 40+ lbs and that I am walking.

But.......she wants to cut my water pill I begged her not to, so she's sending me to the lab again for more tests.

I said to her "You just complimented me on how good I look in jeans, and you want to cut my water pill ? I may not get into my jeans without it"

Anyway, I'm on a bunch of meds for my because I had heart failure after DD6 was born.

She's is going to schedule me for a stress/echo in September. Thrills. I'll have to walk on a treadmill for 15+ minutes at a quick speed uphill. Then, when my heart rate gets up to 180-something I hop off the tread mill and have a sono done of my heart.

Well ladies and gentleman I have no weigh in update.

My day was not a typical day and I worked though lunch and overtime.

My first planned weigh in meeting time I was with cardiologist doing a unexpected procedure. Unexpected for me not him.

I was about 20 minutes from leaving work for meeting # 2 and overhead I heard a code alert that a person was missing. So it is the policy that we go into lock down and search until the person is located.

She was located safe but I missed the second chance meeting.

I will have to wait for 2 weeks to weigh. That will test me.

Here are some tips from a WWer that I thought were worth sharing

Quote:
Sonia’s Tips

* Stop thinking of it as a diet—if you want something, have it! Just count the POINTS values for it. If you deprive yourself, it will be harder to stay on plan and you may binge.
* Don't give up what you want the most for what you want at the moment.
* Think of a lapse as if you broke a plate of your best china; Would you go and break all the rest of your dishes or do you just mourn the loss of your broken plate and move on?
* A favorite midday snack is a light English muffin with a wedge of Laughing Cow cheese, a slice of tomato, salt and pepper, and a little balsamic vinegar (very filling) all for a (very filling) POINTS value of 3!
* I learned to make substitutions for all my favorite foods so I never felt deprived. By making simple changes, I could get more bang for the buck.
* I had to have dessert every night so I always saved POINTS values for Weight Watchers ice cream or my favorite Smart Ones key lime pie with fat-free whipped topping.
* My Leader gave us a paper clip for each pound lost, so I hung my paper clips from the refrigerator as a constant reminder of my hard work and accomplishments.
* Whenever I felt discouraged for only losing .4 or .8 pounds, I would envision one stick of butter which is 1/4 of a pound disappearing from my body.
Take Me As I Am

I really like the paper clip idea

NSV....

I did have a indirect compliment today.

While doing a procedure with the cardiologist it was a very small area in the critical care unit and the cardiologist told the others to let me stand in this certain area because....(SHE IS TINY). Who me tiny?

I think he was sucking up because I was aggravated at him for the short notice.

Ok, I've found two meetings close to me. Either way I have to go to the next town over because there is nothing here in my home town .

I hope this helps me get on track.

we could always send you IM's w/ stars on them for every 5 lbs?

Question for you guys: Can a WW teacher sell products to online members? Is is allowed?

The local instructor is a semi-friend of mine and I would really like to get some WW shake mix. I will see her this Saturday, but I sort of want to know if it is ALLOWED before I put her in an awkward situation. Anyone know for sure if they are allowed to sell it "on the street" hahahaha... so to speak?

Sooo today was a tough day....I was so tired and stressed that I almost ate a nasty piece of cake just because...it didn't even look good....but I wanted that comfort...then I went to warm up my food that I brought in....there was a girl who was eating chinese and it smelled sooo good and for a moment I wanted to get some chinese...but I resisted it....I was sooo close...this has been my first real temptation on core...so I'm happy I resisted and now all I have to worry about is flushing out the sodium in my system from my sushi
