Soonie, I've been an insomniac for years. But when I started the cambridge I actually got tired enough to sleep at night. Then Thursday all this energy hit me, thus the backslide into eating to much. Menopause sure hasn't help with sleep either.

Well enough said, Your menu sounds great. Today I'm gonna do Cambridge until dinner then a mixed grill dinner with peppers, avacado and cuks, tomatoes,,,,and then edamame for a snack

had a fair week-end. No weight loss,,,no weight gain.

Since my real weight loss days are monday thru thurs. I don't care about the week-end as long as I don't eat like a piggy. I did go to dairy queen sunday night and had a dip cone...Yum.

About those soybeans, I never suspected them, but maybe I shouldn't do them at night. Any help I can get in the area of sleep. I don't want to do sleeping pills, i'd probably get addicted.

So how do you like the Med diet?

Well I haven't tried Valerian root. I'll check that out.

Yesterday I ate 2 cambridge, one bowl of cucumbers with a flax oil, ACV dressing and 2 slimfast bars. I ate the meal replacement bars that were 150 calories each and that was a nice change. A box of these bars is under 5 dollars. So that helps offset the cambridge cost. Actually cambridge is alot cheaper than Medi-fast. I've wanted to buy a few things from them to make this diet more versatile. But considering I only am doing the CD for four days a week and off for the week-ends, that helps in having the week-ends to really look forward to. But overall, I do want to stop living for food. That is another plus for the cambridge. I have been breaking that out of control feeling. So on the week-end, I'm practicing eating like a person who isn't overweight.

So I'll probable eat similar to yesterday today.

hi Soonie,
glad to hear about Sonoma, I am rooting for you.
I will check it out to see if it works for me for my nightly meal. Or maybe even meals I eat when not doing Cambridge.

Well I'm down 3 pounds and happy to be finally going in the right direction. MY big goal is just to eat to Cambridge for brek and lunch and then a moderate dinner with one night snack.

take care soonie and check in on me over here,,,,
Frances

20% grain ( rice or WW bread)
50% tier one (large salad or WHOLE can green beans ect)

Well on the 25th,,,,I ended up not going Soul Source Cambridge. So I'm restarting again.
I plan to do this for two weeks then transition into a plan that will take it on home...

So far so good, but it's only 1:15.

You'll be back in onederland in no time Soonie.

day two of cambridge. had to eat a diet bar last night to calm the night monster that would otherwise growl all night. Woke up and weighed...a three pound loss!,,,,Yeeee!

well don't mind if I do. Anti-fat-butt sounds like my kind of group......

day three cambridge sole source,,,,,the last two nights I've eaten over by adding the diet bar. Now I have no more diet bars and hope to be completely sole source for the remainder of my two weeks. Hopefully I will be able to make it through the night

I did try the teaspoon of flax seeds with water to curb hunger and it did work. I'll resort to that if need be
