well my new rule is if I eat after 12:00 those calories go for the next day,,,,so far I'm at 500 for the day with one shake.

I'm going out tonight so the goal is just to eat 1,000 more to land at 1500....

Have a great week-end soonie,,,,

Friday wasn't good after I made baked ziti with meatballs to take to a friends house and she had a bunch of great breads to go with it....So no count for yesterday....

Today up to 700 calories because I had leftover ziti with milk and a piece of bread. but I'm gonna try and stay at 2000 or below this week-end and the go much lower during the week. Maybe even a couple straight cambridge days....

It is amazing how many calories a person can eat. Because when I count them and stay within range the difference is so great as to when I don't count. Who knows how many I can consume when I don't count them.

You know, If we could just get some total cambridge days going, then when we are just eating our right calories, I really think we will encouraged. I know we will be shrinking our stomachs and much more content with less.

Soonie, do you want to have a weigh in on a certain day. Is that a motivation for you? I can't really say for me. But I'd be willing to try.

Also, on the week-ends I'm just gonna do Atkins, I don't like to count calories on the week-ends. Yesterday proved that. That would also make them something to look forward to food wise.

Well I'm gonna make Friday my weigh in day. But for the record, I'm still at 180 right now. I hope to do a straight cambridge day today, but I am allowing some locarb veggies if I need them

Here's how yesterday went
1/2 a serving oatmeal
1/2 egg nog
1/2 potato
1 cup of broccolli
1 cucumber in apple cider vinegar
1/2 potato cambridge with curry
'' ''
one bite of avacado

You know I like to half my servings because it's just a little thinner and I get to eat 6 total meals. But ketosis is really kicked in and I actually skipped 1/2 a serving. Now I realize all our vitamins are in the 3 total serving and I don't plan to skip any. But it was really neat to not be hungry.

This morning I'm starting with the chicken soup and added some oriental chicken bouillion. It taste really good. I wish I had some bean sprouts to throw in. I think I'll sprout some. I've never tried that but I have a sprouter and some mung beans, so I'm gonna give it a shot.

How are you doin soonie?

Well I made it through yesterday, but with about 900 calories.

I added some foods to the cambridge yesterday. I mainly added vegetables, but then I also added some bean soup broth to the tomato soup and I have no idea how many calories is in that.

So my son tell me the cheesecake factory in frisco is having 1.50 cheesecake on July 31st. Why do people always do these things to you when your on a diet? it is a conspiracy,,,

Yes that really helps,,,,I hate that fatty greasy cheesecake.

Well you really did good at the calories. Anything below 1500 is good.

I'm checking in at a 2 pound loss from Monday. I would have thought I would have lost more but I'll take what I can get. I originally planned to wait until Saturday to start into the Atkins for the week-end. But I'm wanting to start today and really looking forward to meat. If cambridge does anything for me it makes me feel more appreciative of the atkins day. Well, to be honest I really feel alot better too.

brek,,,,2egg one piece of bacon,,,,yum

well here I am doing atkins Friday, Saturday and Sunday.....enjoying
back to Cambridge on Monday. I think this is gonna work for me....I get sick of meat (believe it or not) then I go to the Cambridge soups with some added veggies, then I get sick of that and can't wait for Atkins...

another very good thing is DH loves to BBQ on week-ends. It fits.

Hi soonie,
Well 1330 isn't bad at all.

Yesterday went good for me. I did the soups plus a plate of edanamie and then cucumbers with some tomatos and 1/2 a tbls. of flax oil and some garlic salt. That actually tasted good. I must have something to chew on even if it's cucumbers.

Sounds like a good plan Soonie,

I just ordered a case of the cambridge before the price increase. If you are interested the price goes up on August 1st and I believe you can use a 10% discount coupon from your last order. I did that.

Well anyway, Yesterday I was tired but stayed on plan. I only ate a bowl of cucumbers with tomato and some flax oil and garlic salt for a dressing. That flaxw oil is really suppose to be good for a person. Today I am feeling good and even thinking about staying this course on friday too instead of switching to Atkins. Of course being enthusiastic now is easier than when friday comes. Unless I'm really feeling motivated and in ketosis....

Feeling pretty good overall and looking forwar to Friday when I switch to Atkins
