Welcome back It'stime. Glad to see you.

Well, I have switched to the Fruit Flush for now. I am so schizophrenic when it comes to dieting.

Here is the thread on the Fruit Flush:
FRUIT FLUSH

I hope everyone has a great, cheat-free day!

Wow soonie,,,,love your plan,,,stay on plan till week-end then Pigout day...Well, I'm sure I'd be good on the pigout day, it's the being good until week-end. But I will try...

Todays plan is to Cambridge till dinner, then decent lowcarb dinner and hopefully only watermelon for desert...Right now I seem not capable of doing Cambridge all day without a dinner. But I may be able to once I tame my muffin top.

Well Yesterday was good intention day. It started off good and then. Well anyway today is another day.

(just a side note) Have you tried the smart balance omega plus mayo....It's a really good mayo. 50 calories per tbl. and all the fat is the good kind.

Your plan sounds good. I'd like to try it only making my Lcalorie or Lcarb meal to be dinner. I tend to be a night eater with most of my self control during the day. (unless I get into an eating binge) then I have to get re-focused. So right now that's what I'm doing. (I like the ff popcorn idea for a snack too). So today I' will try again. Then when I get my cravings under control again. I really have to watch my one day off. I notice you are aiming for portion control on those days. That sounds good. Since when we hit our right weights, we need that for life.

For a good Intention day you really did good. I really mean that. The cambridge kept your calories still resonable.

Well for me, I'm on day two of actually waiting for dinner to eat. I wasn't even hungry (a total surprise). For dinner I had a bowl of curry with noodles. A cup and a half of milk. then a little later in the night,,, Scrambled eggs with zuchinni and a potato with smart balance butter. Then popcorn, watermelon and a half a cup of soy nuts. I probable ate more calories than you. But I'm finally getting on course.

have a happy fourth tomorrow. I'm just wanting to do the same and eat cambridge for brekkie and lunch and a nice dinner and dessert....by the way, I do need to find a hot air popper. I've been looking, but no luck so far. I've been using a little oil.

Itstime.
the last Hot air popper I saw was at Wm have you looked on the neeternet??
I was soooo bad this weekend
didnt eat all day the 4th
M-I-L didnt have 'lunch" ready til 4pm
I was so hungry and my blood sugar was so low I had the "shakes"
once I started eating I couldnt stop
Then on Sat I ate a big breakfast
3 fried eggs
2 sausage patties
3 little biscuts (canned 4@1.00)
no other meals
Sunday
stayed jammed all day
about 1pm made chicken nachos (out of the leftover BBQ chicken peeled off skin)
got dressed for about 30 min went to conv store and bought Blue bell Iscreams
ate 1/2 carton of KeyLime Pie iscreams
Today
no brekkie
lunch
Chinese buffet :burp:
(I got a tummyache)
if I eat at all tonight it will eather be
Cambridge cream of chicken
or
Act II 94% FF butter popcorn 1 bag is 210 cal/ 5 WW points

I'm thinking of doing a combo of WW and using the cambridge for some of the meals so I can keep up with calories/points
whatcha think??

Boy I love your honesty,,,,you splurged (doesn't that sound better than being bad)

Well anyway I wasn't much better, except that I tried to stay with the shakes for brek and lunch and then Friday,,,,Jasons Deli,,,,Saturday,,,, Pandas Super Buffet. Then I am blanking out on Sunday so I might not have made it till supper that day. Oh Yes,,,,I remember now, I did and then french fries and then my mind goes blank again. It's sort of like a carb out.

I think I'll just pick up some actII, until I find my hot air popper. 210 calories is great for a snack.

I think your idea of a WW and cambridge sounds great. Cambridge really does help keep the calories low. I have been just eating the potato soup today mixed with some curry I made this week-end. I am hooked on curry. Then I've been drinking some of that lemonade from wm that is a take off of crystal light. It's pretty good and alot cheaper than the crystal light.

When I got to the Chinese buffet I was going to just eat the crabs,,,then as soon as I saw the cobbler, I just knew it was all over for the diet that meal,,,,It was good though!
