Well anyway. So far I've only had two soups with only one scoop in each and doctored up a little. Also some strawberries with coolwhip and I'm not hungry. But before I pat myself on the back too much,,,,I'm still living on yesterdays food...

on the soups one serving is 2 LEVEL scoops

It's probably been in there a while. I only check my box once a week if I'm lucky.

Your doing great Soonie,,,,,

I'm hit and miss. Yesterday was a miss. DD threw me for a loop with something she said and I really ate whatever I wanted yesterday in a down mood. So half way through the day she says she's sorry,,,,but it was too late. I finished off the day with Golden Chick for dinner....

So anyway,,,back on plan today. I'm gonna avoid the scale and Hope my body sees this as a refeed. I'll report my weight on Tuesday. I certainly don't want this to happen often. Have a great week-end all......

I think it's great the way you guys are coming up with recipes. I was never clever enough to do that when I tried Cambridge!

Here's to a good Memorial Day weekend for you ladies! I am sending positive vibes your way.

Hi Syd,,,,truthfully, I never tried coming up with recipes the first time. I think I bored myself with it. This time it is more fun. And the support is really helping me go on...I'm not doing Cambridge alone. But I thnk I will try sticking a few days in here and there to stimulate the weight loss. Just not right now. I have family visiting. So when I cook something for them I just throw a little of it in the soup...It makes it really good.

Wow soonie,,,,that's great!

So far just maintaining the 175 for me. I haven't been staying on Cambridge alone this past week. It's just too hard with family in town. But as soon as she leaves it will be easier. We are taking the mom in law out to eat and the family keeps getting together and these are all valid excuses. But I can tell you it is a victory for me to not have gained. But I'm looking forward to some real weight loss as soon as she leaves....

I have given up on that liquid diet, too. lol I am doing Atkins Induction right now.

Yes, they have soups. They also have a few things to chew; pretzels, eggs, snack mix, etc. I liked the fact that they had fruit drinks. You can do a google search and easily find their products.
