Good Morning Fellow WW's! It is so nice to be at this website as opposed to the ww's.com one. I just like the way this site works and the people are much nicer.

I had my own version of WW's pizza on Thursday and it was so good. I feel so Not deprived when I endulge in that at least once a week.

I use one Sahara white pita. I spray my foil-covered pizza pan with butter flavored spray. Place the pita on it. Spread 1/4 C of your fav spagetti sauce. I add 1 tsp of olive oil too to get in one of my oils. Then I use 1/2C mozzarella (reduced fat made with skim milk or 2%). I stick it in the oven at 400-450 for 10-15mins. I like the bottom brown and a bit crunchy and the cheese all melty. I shake on Crazy Jane's salt before eating and viola! MMMM so good! I have it listed as 8.5 points It would be 7.5 if you did not add the olive oil.

Have a great weekend. I think Hubby and I might be doing our taxes. yikes!

Oooh that sounds good! I'll have to try that! Yeah I don't hang out on the ww boards either. I really don't even bother to read them. Most of the time the responses aren't very nice to questions. People can be so mean sometimes and that's just not cool. I like it here much better.

Speaking of pizza I had a South Beach one yesterday and it was pretty darn delicious! It had 10 grams of fiber and 30 grams of protein. It was 7 points and very filling.

Good Morning lovely WW'ers!

Gary and I are having a blast in Ann Arbor. Hit ALL of our favorite places yesterday. We took some ridiculous pictures, but we had fun. We both got new t-shirts. I was excited to buy a much smaller size than I have in the past. No stretching necessary :-)

My stomach is way screwed up today from all the junk we ate. I won't even scratch the surface with you all with the crap we put into our bodies yesterday. We were bad.

Today we have some more shopping and self-indulgence on the menu. Hooking up with some friends for dinner and drinks tonight and if we're not too hungover in the morning, we're going to pay our old church a visit for Sunday service.

Happy Saturday to everyone!

Hello everyone!

Welcome Eloise! I always try to deny it, but WW is the only thing that works for me. I have tried South Beach, Atkins, Carb Addicts, you name it, and nothing worked. In reality, my problem is I eat too much. Eating too many carbs and sugar is a secondary problem for me. This board is much better than the WW board. It is too cliquey there.

Pammy that is hilarious that you had a dream about 2%! When I dream about my cats it's usually about some larger animal, like a lion or bear, that is chasing them and I have to save them. I love Ann Arbor! My husband and I drive up to Toledo every so often and eat at Conor O'Neils. I think it's on William St, but I'm not sure. I also have to say that your stats are fantastic!

I got my cat Riley back from the vet yesterday, minus several teeth. I feel terrible about putting him through that. Now I have to struggle with getting him to take his antibiotics and pain medicine. I think my version of hell is giving a cat pills. So awful.

Hope everyone is doing great today! Good luck to all Saturday weighers! We had another freak snowstorm Thursday night/Friday morning, but it seems to be melting. The weather people are saying it will be in the 60s here on Monday; I almost cried. I can't take much more winter. Dinner tonight is grilled rosemary chicken and red peppers with cucumber relish (5 points). I am also going to the park for a walk/run.

Have a great Saturday!

What flavor was your pizza? I'm thinking of stocking my freezer with a few things I can eat when I'm in a hurry

Well, my work week is done.......thank goodness....not I can go back down to my original 25-ish points and work hard for a loss this week.

I know the scale registered a -3.2 loss on Wednesday, but I think the sub-leader may have clicked the accept weight button on the computer about a pound early. I had looked at my weigh in book yesterday and that's not the number I saw on the screen.......weird.

I hope that doesnt put me behind the at next WI. I have a little over 2 weeks to hit my next goal.

I have a small victory to share. As you know I am not the biggest loser on the scale. Yesterday I went to the city shopping. On a daily basis I wear scrubs to work and sweats around house. I have not found the need to wear jeans in weeks. Well I decide to clean myself up for my shopping adventure and went to put my jeans on and I did not need to button to put on or off.

You can imagine my excitement so I start trying on jean and not a pair fit. All to big. I was forced to wear a nicer jog set with a tie at waist.

Last night at midnight I decide to try my bathing suits on just for fun and they are all WAY to big. Damn, I hate that. My husband could not believe it.

Everyone, this is a great example to go by how the clothes fits not the scales number.

I did have nice time shopping and it was a cool but sunny day.

Sorry for the ramble.

Yep we gotta know what dvd was terrible! I watched The Mist last night and it was interesting. I'm a Stephen King fan so my husband got it for me. I didn't care for the ending though.

Yep orange sherbert , the push-ems are schwans brand of a push-up...I really like them. Better for me than ice cream. They also have a chocolate one...very good.

Sorry about the movie name, wasn't thinking.

I think I may give Core a shot this coming week, just to stir things up a bit. I got my WW kit in the mail and I think it was money well spent. It was fun going through the pantry with the points calculator. Yup, I'm easily amused LOL

My home scale is staying around the same and nothing's official until Monday, but my work pants are getting a little baggier around the thigh, upper butt area.

Oh, and I tried my Biggest Loser Cardio Max DVD today and I love it!! Tomorrow, I'm going to try the Power Sculpt. I think I'm officially in love with Bob now ROFL

Babbs, if you don't need to use the button on the jeans... it's time for new jeans

I made the most awesome roasted asparagus tonight.

I lined cookie sheet with foil and put asparagus on and spayed with Olive oil Pam and lightly sprinkled with sea salt and put under broiler for 7 minutes. It was wonderful!!

Now I have smelly pee.:HST:

I did not know Fiber One had a cinn bread. Hell, I can't even find the fiber one muffin mix in the middle of nowhere.

I have been eating the Thomas light muffins and the fiber is killing my colon. I have had to lay off them.

Reg,

You will have to update me on the race tomorrow. We are going to my mothers and pick up our daughter. She has been spending spring break with her. It is a 2 hour drive each way therefore most of my race day will be in the car.

I think I will stick a DVD in and the kids can watch a movie and husband and I will listen to the race on radio on way home.

If daughter is still on her Nana sugar high that will not be a plan.

Hi gals,

just reporting in tonight. I've been fighting my computer all afternoon. I did my taxes, and couldn't get them to print for my records. I finally, after 8hours, got it to work.

oh, I also tried on some of my size 10 levis, and they fit!!!! I'm so excited. It will take me forever to get down to 8's, but that's the goal.
