Hi ladies!

Flower, I think I may be one that cannot use all the WPA's either, not that I have had a week like that yet. But I think to lose, I am going to use maybe 10 of them throughout the week instead of all 35.

LOL, Twinkerbell!!! That is why I count tenths of points. People think I am crazy, but it is accurate and I know exactly where I stand. For your pickles, 3 of them at 35/0/0 would be .7, and six of them at 70/0/0 would be 1.4 points.

NanaSusie, those little cakes sound yummy!! Did you figure out the points for them?

Reg, I know what you mean about things in the crock-pot being soft (and mushy!!). But it is an easy way to get a meal on the table if I am gone all day.

You are doing so good and you let the scale rule how you feel each day.

Think how great you are looking in you clothes. Unless you find a way to wear the scales and look beautiful and sexy wearing it...PACK IT AWAY.

I am soooo excited! I found the peter pan whipped peanut butter today. 2 tablespoons 3 points. 1 tablespoon is plenty.

I have been looking at every store I go and have co-workers searching for me.

My co-worker gave me a blueberry snack cake today (the 100 cal variety). I'm totally down with the chocolate and the chocolate w/white cake and most definately the cinnamon variety, but can I just say I hated the blueberry? It had an odd aftertaste. Threw them away. Gross.

EXCELLENT advice, thank you !! All 3 of those suggestions needed to be addressed by me.....I do sometimes only use 20 points, I have soup almost every day, and drinking water is something that I have to remind myself of daily.

Still OP and loving WW! My partner called last night and offered to bring in a decadent lunch she had leftover from bunco at her house...I was strong and said no thank you. I am taking to take my own so I know better how to count it.

That is supposed to be me...hope I can get there. The meeting is at 5:30 (WI's start at 5), but I have to pick DS up from track at the high school at 4:30, and drop DD17 off at work at 5:00. If I can get my act together before I get in the car to run them around, I should be able to make it!

Good Morning all down 2 more pounds I feel so good in my skin was getting dress for work and saw my daughter's skinny jeans I said to myself it looks like I can fit them and sure enough they fastened and zippeda small size too Goal here I come
