My female boss is doing this. This is her 2nd time. It's low carb, low fat, calorie controlled, and uses some protein supplements. She lost 45 pounds last time, but over the past year regained about 25, after knee surgery. Not sure about the cost.
I'd stick with Atkins or another low carb plan, if you feel that you can stick to it on your own. Sometimes, you need someone else to help you stay accountable and I think that is where the clinics come in, even though for me (probably 14 years ago)... it didn't make a difference, I just stopped going. Congrats on your weight loss to date and good luck no matter what you decide to do!

Thanks for your reply. I've lost before on Atkins and haven't been able to stick to it for past couple of years. I guess I am at the point where I needed someone to step in and guide me. "Professional Help" comes to mind, lol.
