Joy Fit Club

Has anyone ever heard of the Joy Fit Club by NBC's health expert Joy Bauer?

I guess its been around for awhile, but I just heard about it today on the TODAY SHOW. I went to the TODAY show website and it has a lot about it. I also googled JOY FIT CLUB and found some success stories.

I was just wondering if anyone else has tried it.

Right now I am doing Medifast. It is low carb and it works (I've lost 10 lbs), but it DOES get very boring after a few weeks. I want to get back to eating REAL food not just dehydrated stuff.

I got on Medifast because it offers quick weight loss, but my New Year's resolution is actually to slow down and lose weight at a more steady and gradual pace so that I don't put it back on. Also, Medifast is breaking my budget and I don't think I can afford to stay on it at almost $300. /month per person.

If anyone has tried the Joy Fit Club, please let me know if you like it. Thanks.
