Is it possible to switch from low carb to WW...
I love low carb but I have been up an down this road too many times to count. I am doing low carb and I'm Ok with it as a matter of fact I personally believe that as women get older a low carb plan is better for us.
However, I'm losing this time and really worrying about being able to maintain it for life. I have lost about 50lbs on low carb but I want to lose 40 more and am thinking about doing the WW flex plan in order to get to goal so that I can really be able to have more flexibility as I plan to keep the weight off this time. I have a busy social life and I feel this will give me more options. Is anyone having success doing WW but watching the carbs? Any and all opinions would be appreciated. Thank you. |

I started out in WW's with the Flex plan, but as a diabetic now on Insulin 4x's a day, it was not doing my sugars that much good. Even on fewer points than allotted, The carb counts were high enough to keep the sugars in the 200's. I still go to the meetings, but am doing LC. My Doc is ok with it 'cause the sugars are down, and I lost 7# since last month's visit.
