Nutrisystem Jumpstart thread

I am doing Nutrisystem for 2 months to jumpstart my diet. I need portion control

Lost 5lbs this week

Worked out at the Y Swim class everyday

is the food ok Michele? I tried nutrisystem about 5 yrs ago and the food was just terrible

I like the convenience but just couldnt swallow it

Hey there--I just came off a year of NS. I lost 26 lbs, am about 20-25 from where I want to be. I got very tired of it though, and have been stuck and yo yoing for quite some time. LOL I could never stand the eggs! I'm trying something different now to see if I can shock the body into weight loss again--low carb, which worked for me before.

I was considering doing NutriSystem. Do you pick the food by calories? Do they tell you how many calories you should be eating?
My son recently lost 40 lbs on NS and I havent gotten ahold of him to ask that.
