Does anyone have level 3 from NutraBolic

I found this post by doing a search on NutraBolic. I was on this plan back in the 80's and lost 75 pounds. I had lost all my information on the plan. A few people were kind enough to post all the levels on here, but I never found level 3. Does anyone still have that? Would you be kind enough to post it?
Thanks!!!

lunch was like 6 oz of chicken or fish and lettuce and the same for dinner. Does anyone have those levels? That would be a huge help!!! Thanks!
That is the way it was when I first went on it in 1987...day one was drinking every hour on the hour, (coffee, tea, water, water, water and shakes. Lunch and dinner you had 6 0z chicken or fish, (pre-cooked weight), 1 c cooked veggies and 2 cups salad. You also had a supplement shake, supplement drink or a supplement pudding between meals for snacks, one at each meal and one before bedtime. It was very restrictive but it peeled weight off FAST! After a week of that you were allowed to have a 4 oz serving of very lean beef 3 times a week and 2oz cheese daily. I also remember how fast my hair and nails grew on this plan and how thick my hair was, pms which had always been a MONSTER for me, was non existent on this plan!

Hi, I was wondering if someone could clarify Level 4 for me...my husband and I are both currently on the plan and he is ready to start Level 4...this is the only one I don't have a pamphlet for...but I read on here that Level 4 is 4 servings of starch a day and only 1 serving of meat/eggs/protein....is this correct??? or should there be more protein??
Thanks in advance...I've lost 16 lbs in a month!!

THANK YOU to everyone who posted here!!! I just found the sight and joined today. I recently moved to the UAE and have no access to anything!! I too followed the FormYou 3 program about 20 years ago and had much success. After bouts with cancer and other health problems, I am ready to start again. This is the only diet that worked for me and I never used the supplements. I am so excited and will keep you posted on how it goes. THANK YOU again!

Formu3

So happy to find others that used the NurtrBolic plan. I lost 20 pounds in the late 80's on the program and loved it. The weight stayed off until children but maintained a good weight afterwards. By 1990 the center either closed or changed names.

Needing to lose again, I dug in the files to find my plans. Have just completed the meltdown, and couldn't find Week 1. So many thanks to those that still have all the week plans and posted them.

Here's to another 20 plus pounds!

Hi. My name is Patty and I just found this site over the weekend. I too did the Formu 3 program back in early 90's and lost 85 pounds and 90 overall inches. It was so easy to stick to and the weight just dropped off every week like clockwork. I know as I am older now it will be harder to lose and I have to because of thyroid problems. I just do not feel good since I put the weight back on and it was my own fault. I got married and we started eating out alot and within five years I had gained most of it back. It made me so sick that I worked that hard and in my head I still see me looking like like I did back then. I keep that picture tucked away in my head because I know I can do it again, even if I am 59 now and not 40. Is there anyway I could pay whomever has the levels and meltdown to copy your sheets and mail them to me and I will gladly pay postage and copy costs. It is hard copying this from my computer. Please let me know and I will get money to you asap. Thanks. Patty If you are thinking about doing this please take the leap because it does work if you stay focused on the program and stick to it religiously. It sure worked for me back in 1990.

Formu3 clarification

I was on Formu-3 in 1989 and i lost 75 pounds in 75 days. Meltdown was 4 days, level 1 was 6 days, level 2 was 30 days and level 3 was 30 days or more depending on success. Could someone please post these pamphlets!!! It seems that some of the earlier posts may have mixed up the levels. (They may have started with meltdown as "Level 1" instead of "meltdown". This would mean that level 2 posted would be level 1 etc etc etc. Please help.....I would be willing to pay for postage and time...Thanks..(i need the one for men...i believe they had different pamphlets for men and woman)...thanks again...

I was also on this diet in 1992. I wasn't on it long because I got pregnant. I did well with what time I was on it. I have started again today. Would love to have a buddy to keep up with and see how well we do with it after all these years. Let me know if you are interested.

I have made a compilation post of all 4 levels on the bulletin board for "other" diet plans if anyone wants to start a support group there. I know a couple of people who recently posted here and too new to use private messaging and it is never a good idea to put your personal contact info on here for the world to see, so if anyone is interested, we can meet up on the thread I just started: NutraBolic~~FormYou 3 diet plans

I would love to get together some people who want to do this and have a support system. I am beginnning meltdown tomorrow! Hope you will join me!

This was a great diet and was very successful for me. Am glad there is a thread about this diet. They are only in 4 states now. I am really interested in some of the recipes if anyone has any. Especially the cabbage lasagna or casserole.

That was the best I have ever experienced. I lost 43lbs. and was very surprised how good it happened. I never did any of the popular ones. I am so glad you have entered the information. I lost my brochure in moving and hated it. Everytime I went online to try to get back on, I saw another title. Just no comparison.

original formu 3 plan and levels

HI, I cannot believe I have found this site and link.
I was once a counselor in Pensacola, Florida.
I love the plan and loved what it did for the over 300 members.
for some strange reason, I have kept the typed version of all the plans.
To help you all, I will be posting them in order. This plan is void of suppliments though, it is the plan I typed and sent to my mother in 1988, she lost 45 pounds in 3 months. My years working at Formu3 were probably the most joyful and gratifying than any employment I have had since. so many people lost weight, felt good, and I received much happiness from their success.
I still think of the members to this day, and some had kept in contact for many years after.

I will post the program in a couple of days....if not sooner.
PS remember the positive affirmation pamphlets too? I wish I had them as well but do not.
To all you ladies out there, anything is possible! It was then and it is now!!

I loved formu-3 and never understood why it went away. I guess the "pill" places won out! I lost 33 pounds using this diet and have always wished I would have kept all the literature. Thanks graffixgirl, looking forward to your post!
