are you refering to Michael thurmonds program?
its a good well balanced healthy diet. the only downfall is alot of people I have known that have done the program have lost weight very slowly. like 2 pounds a week. also the price is kind of high. I thought about getting it myself till I saw the price.

yes I'm talking about Michael Thurmond program.I know it cost a lot.Well I got mine in.you have too eat every 3 hours on this for it too work. You blueprint your own body and on the back of the cards it will show you what your body should look like if you do and eat what is on your meal cards.very low carbs on my meal cards.

I was on it and I think the concept is good. My brother and his wife lost a lot of weight on it. However I just could not stand eating all my food unsalted which is what the diet requires. I used Mrs. Dash and several other seasonings, but it still wasn't flavorful enough for me. Also I don't quite get why certain foods could only be eaten at certain times. You can lose weight on it however if you can manage to stay on it and the exercises are awsome. The website on provida.com also has recipes support and a you can buy the 6 Weeks Body Makeover Cookbook.

Hi nanato11
How's the 6-week body makeover? You made good progress in week 1 so I was hoping to hear more about your progress?

I did it for awhile and lost 30 pounds, most of which I put back on, but that was not the diets fault. The no salt thing is hard, but I got used to it. Low carb works better for me.
