are you refering to Michael thurmonds program?
its a good well balanced healthy diet. the only downfall is alot of people I have known that have done the program have lost weight very slowly. like 2 pounds a week. also the price is kind of high. I thought about getting it myself till I saw the price. |

yes I'm talking about Michael Thurmond program.I know it cost a lot.Well I got mine in.you have too eat every 3 hours on this for it too work. You blueprint your own body and on the back of the cards it will show you what your body should look like if you do and eat what is on your meal cards.very low carbs on my meal cards.

I did it for awhile and lost 30 pounds, most of which I put back on, but that was not the diets fault. The no salt thing is hard, but I got used to it. Low carb works better for me.
