Blueberry Muffins - 3 points
1 3/4 cup flour 6 Tablespoons sugar 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 3/4 teaspoon salt 2 large egg whites -- slightly beaten 3/4 cup skim milk 1/3 cup canola oil 3/4 cup blueberries 1/2 teaspoon vanilla Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Make a well in the center. Set aside. In a separate bowl, combine the egg, milk, vanilla and oil. Add egg mixture, all at once, to the flour mixture. Stir until just moistened. The batter will be lumpy. Stirring all the lumps out will make a tough muffin. Carefully fold in the blueberries. PAM muffin cups or line with baking paper cups; fill each 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pans. These are great warm or for breakfast the next day at room temperature. You can use fresh or frozen blue berries. NI: Calories 158; Fat 6; Fiber 1 3 Points Serving Size: 12 |

Hi All! Newbie here. I'm April. i am a home daycare provider, GS Troop Leader, & Mother of 2. I did weight watchers a few years ago and lost 21 lbs. i have gained that back plus some since then My Dh and I are starting weight watchers today. We have to do it on our own this time since I work 18 hr days, 7 days a week. No time for a meeting....
I have been reading your recipes and posts and I think Im gonna LOVE it here! I was wondering if anyone is a current ww member and has access to the online recipe builder? I have this GREAT chicken chili recipe i made up while on ww and want to recheck the points and share it with you. I think it was 4 pts for 2 cups but I want to be sure. If anyone is willing to do it for me let me know I'll post the recipe. If not, i'll subrcibe for 1 month.... it is so worth it! TTYS, __________________ Miss April |

Hash Brown Soup 28oz Fat Free, Low Sodium Chicken Broth 1.32 oz Country Gravy Mix 3 cups Ore Ida Hashbrowns with green peppers and onions 1/2 cup water Boil broth and hashbrowns. Simmer for 15 mins. Mix water with gravy mix and add to hashbrown mixture. Simmer 10 mins until it thickens. Add vegs for additional flavor. 1 cup=2 points This is delicious! Even my teenager loved it! |

Mexican Chicken
4 frozen chicken breasts 1 can mexican stewed tomatoes 1 packet taco seasoning Put chicken in crockpot while still frozen. Mix together tomatoes and seasonings then pour over chicken. Cook on low for 7-8 hours. Makes 4 servings at 4 points each. I am eating it right now and it is delicious. Plus the house smells great! |

I just made this one.
![]() ![]() POINTS® value | 5 Servings | 8 Preparation Time | 20 min Cooking Time | 60 min Level of Difficulty | Moderate desserts | Warm, juicy apples are dusted with cinnamon and nutmeg, packed into a light, homemade pie crust and topped with an oat-based crumb. Irresistible. Ingredients

this one?
Quick Pineapple Cake 1 box of angelfood cake mix(follow directions on box) 1 20 oz. can of pineapples(in their own juice) Fold pineapples into anglefood mix. Bake at 350 degrees, for about 30 minutes Top with cool whip (I used a loaf pan-but I'm sure any kind is ok) If you are following WW points, then find out the information on the back of the cake mix,and on the pineapples.Divide the calories into how many slices you cut the cake into. |

Hello and thanks for all these yummy recipes.
I was wondering if you could substitute whole wheat flour for wholemeal flour? If you did would you need more raisning agent as well I am wondering. I have never bought or used wholewheat flour so don't know what it is like for texture. T.I.A |
