Way too much time on my hands!
|
Any WW's out here??
I gained 7 lbs from T' day to this AM!!
![]() got out my Flex kit and going to try one more time starting in the AM I wanted soooo badly to be under 200 before I go "home" to my Dads for Christmas.. Why do I sabotage myself?? |

Same with me Soontobe. I committed on my journal thread, today, to change my WOE to WW Flex, w.no wheat(do to my allergy/intolerance). I have committed for two weeks, and then I will review how well I honestly stayed oOP, and how the results are.

excuse me for butting in. My Mom is doing WW and I am trying to convince her to try it low carb.....can anyone give me a few examples of what ur eating so I can show her?

WW with an Atkins "twist"
brekkie 2 slices bacon 2 pts 2 eggs 4 pts 2 slices 35 cal bread toasted w/ butter pam 1 pt 7 pts lunch 3oz hamberger pattie 4 pts 1 slice cheese 2 pts salad FF itailan dressing 1 pt 7 pts Supper 4 oz chicken breast 4 pt green beans w/ butter pam 1 pt salad FF ranch 2 7 pts total 21 pts if she wants more bread 2 slices of "diet" bread is 1 pts HTH Soonie |

my menu above was what I did
I'm not on WW now I'm trying Dr Oz "you on a diet" take the cals of your meal and divide by 50 50 cal=1 pt |

Hi, I just joined WW's last week and I like it a lot, but I have to say Soontobesexy your diet does seem interesting. I am worried about losing on WW's because I usually only lose on low carb, but I was so tired of eating low-carb I decided to give WW's a try. I like your WW's with a twist menu and if I can't lose on WW's I'll give your plan a try. Thanks!

just take your ATkins menu and use your points calulator to figure your points for the day
use the WW points as a portion control!! If I dont see results from "you" by the end of Jan (giving it 30 days) I'll be back to WW with an Atkins twist!! It works I just get bored easily!! |
