Fat Smash Diet
This is the plan that Dr. Ian Smith has Celebrity Fit Clubbers are doing. Has anyone tried it or know what the plan consists of? I am trying to find out which plan is best for me. I am struggling with LC and but I need some type of plan to follow. Any info will be greatly appreciated...

Hi Marlette!
Yes, I've been smashing now for the past nine days & have lost nine pounds. I just finsihed Phase 1 & am starting Phase 2 this morning. I've had great results & feel wonderful & at least for me, it's a nice change from low carbing. I've been posting on the Playground & a few others are joing along. Phase 1 & 2 are posted overe there in case you can't find the book~ it's sold out everywhere around here so I ordered it & haven't received it yet. Come on over & play with us! Hi Marlette,
I am also on Day 2 of the Fat Smash Diet. My only complaint is THERE IS TOO MUCH TO EAT! It is very hard to get the allotted foods in so I am just eating what I can. I do notice that I feel real good. I don't know if it is the diet or the fact that I just got off of a very busy week and have finally settled down...I will take it either way. I did have a tiny bit of a tummy ache early this morning, but it went away after I massaged it for a few minutes. I think it is because of the added fiber. I am also waiting for my copy of Dr. Smith's book to come in the mail...I also ran into the problem of trying to find a copy locally. Climb aboard and try it out. It really is painless. >^.,.^<

I felt that way too so I started adding curry and chili powder to all of my veggies and rice. I think the seasonings make for interesting eating. I also had a 1/2 sweet potato mixed in my rice, cauliflower, chopped tomato and corn and added curry powder and chopped cilantro....WOW, it made a very exotic dinner. Chin up
