Mediteranian Diet
A friend of my hubby's mentioned this diet to me when we were discussing my pregnancy. It sounds familiar but I don't know much about it.
I have noticed since moving to Luxembourg that most European women are skinnier than women in America, even Los Angeles!  Does anyone have any info or experience? |
