Diet Center 1980's??

Hi, have not been here for about 2 years and a dozen more pounds to lose. But...I am trying again. Anyway, I have a question that I am hoping someone has the answer to. Back in my "thin" days I was introduced to the Diet Center program. Back then it was pretty much low carb, but advocated good vegetables and fruits. To make a long question shorter---I used to have their cookbook and it had some low carb recipes that really kept me on program and I was wondering if anyone on here is old enough to have been around then and maybe had the recipes I am looking for. The cookbook by Sybil Ferguson is out of print now and I can't find my copy. The particular recipes I am looking for are for the Chicken Casserole that was made with Wasa crackers and then there was a chicken meatball recipe that had like an orange glaze on them. Does anyone have these recipes and would you be willing to share? Thanks in advance for any help that you can give me.

Cookbook

I don't have the recipes you are looking for, but if you go to Amazon, they have the cookbook (65 of them I think) used startin at .01 cents each. So if no one has the recipes you are looking for you could get the whole book.

Thanks very much for taking the time and looking up the book for me. I really appreciate that! I had thought of Amazon, but I am one of those ancient Victorians that has never ordered online with her credit card. I might need to gather my courage if I really want those recipes though. Thanks again!

How funny....is this diet still around? My Mom lost like 125 lbs on this diet in the 80's....if only I liked grapefruit.
