4th day of a Water Fast...
Ok so I'm tired, hungry, cranky, and sore. Not too fun, I think about my fav foods all the time (mmm..pizza, lol). However, I've lost a lot of weight (about 10 #) and I'm wondering...
How long I can go on (just drinking water)...Should I just listen to my body? Also, when Im ready to eat, what should it be? - I dont want any stomach aches (ive heard horror stories) If anyone else has done this: How long did you last? What was your experience? How much did you lose? Will I really gain everything back like everyone says?? Im not going to gorge myself when its over, I will build up my cals gradually? So what do ya'll think????? |

I am not an expert, but this seems unhealthy to me....your body needs food....and it sounds unsafe...be careful....like I said I am by no means an expert...eat something!!!!

Check out the "Make It Fast" thread under Challenged... many experienced fasters can help you out... you definitely want to fast "the right way" if you're going to do it.
