Anyone doing LC K.I.S.S.?

I am thinking about doing LC K.I.S.S. Has anyone had any success with this WOE?

KISS method is basically the same as K/E or kimkins

I like KISS... and I don't think it is like Kimkins in that you can eat higher % of fat content and skip the artifical sweeteners and dairy... I think of it more as M/E with LC veggies added in, and healthy fats like olive oil.
