Sonoma Diet?
Has anyone heard of this? Or has anyone or know or tried it themselves and if so, what kind of results. So similar to lc, just with more WHOLE grains and I am having issues with constipation, even with adding more high in fiber veggies. TYIA always

This diet was discussed a couple months ago. Try a search for it. It's more like South Beach, but you can have grain and fruit from the beginning. If you have insulin issues I don't think this would work. It is just a healthy, whole food diet, but I could never hope to lose weight on it. It is not LC at all.
